Can't say enough nice things about the trip that these folks booked for my wife and I. Every thing was first class, wonderful hotel, beautiful B&Bs and a suggested itinerary that was perfect. This is our third time we used them and will tell anyone and everyone how great our trip ended up being.

We had a great experience with Authentic Ireland. They were very easy to communicate with and helped create a personalized itinerary. All five places we stayed at were lovely and very comfortable. The tips they provided about what to do and where to go proved very useful. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and book with them again myself!

Best vacation ever. Jordan was the best travel agent. Seen most of Northern Ireland in 6 days and stayed in the most awesome hotels. Recommend
Europa in Belfast and Lough Este Castle in Donegal. The
Cerrick rope Bridge and the
Giant Causeway were the highlight things to do

We just booked our honeymoon trip to Ireland and Scotland. Jocoya went out of her way to accomodate us and ensure that our package was exactly what we wanted. If all of Authentic Ireland's agents are as considerate as her, this company will continue to go far.

We loved the accommodations booked for us in Scotland. Every one was outstanding. It was really nice to have many of the attractions booked ahead of time, especially the whisky distillery tours! Our travel advisor Con Jager was very helpful and answered questions quickly (by email). Our only difficult experience was finding the appropriate parking garage in downtown Glasgow. Our printed information from Con gave us the directions but we got confused and ended up quite a hike from the hotel. The front desk person at the hotel gave us wrong information, which was very irritating when you are driving in a strange city with many one-way streets. Overall, though, our experience with this company was very positive and we would definitely recommend them.

Used these guys for our wedding anniversary holiday. Had a brilliant time. Customer service is 5/5!

Authentic Ireland was a great company to work with to plan our 25th anniversary. They offered excellent ideas for the trip and were very flexible to take care of any requests or questions we had. The accommodations they booked for us were amazing and much nicer than we expected. It was a pleasure to work with Jordan. She was so helpful and I would recommend this company to anyone interested in a fun trip to Ireland.

If I can give them more than 5 stars, I would. What an excellent company. After doing some thorough research and comparing pricing, Authentic Ireland was our best choice for our honeymoon. Everything was done through email, Lauren answered all my questions within the day. After everything was explained thoroughly we booked our trip. A month before our honeymoon, we received all our vouchers and itinerary. It was such a stress reliever, I didn't do anything except tell her how long our trip would be and what we would be interested in seeing. We went in November for 11 days 10 nights and what an amazing trip it was. Lauren must have told the hotels that we were in our honeymoon because we were upgraded to suites, some of the hotels even delivered us sweet treats and champagne. The only issue we had was with Hertz after we got back from our honeymoon (over charge), but once I contacted Lauren, within a few days the issue was resolved. Ireland is a beautiful country and I'm so glad I chose Authentic Ireland to help us explore it.

We recently returned from a trip to Ireland booked and planned thru Authentic Ireland Vacations. Having never met anyone from this company before, I must say I was a little skeptical on the plans being developed and the accommodations being booked. Well let me tell you, we had the BEST trip ever.
We worked with Jocoya Fox Jones and she was terrific to work with . She asked us what our goal for the vacation was, our likes and dislikes, what we like to eat and places we wanted to stay, etc. Once we got all that stuff out of the way, Jocoya sent us a preliminary itinerary. After several fun filled conference calls, we finalized our itinerary and off to Ireland we went.
The trip was TERRIFIC!! Jocoya nailed it. Our lodging and accommodations fare exceeded what we expected. The food was superb the people were great and the trip was probably one of the best vacations taken in a long time.
Would I ever use this group again to plan a trip, you bet I would. Would I recommend Jocoay Fox Jones as a travel agent and trip planner. hell yes I would . She was easy and fun to deal with . She kept us focused on what we wanted to get out of our trip and planned a wonderful itinerary .

Our experience was excellent. Our agent, Lauren, helped us put together a 12-day luxury self-drive tour, adding locations and hotels we selected. Authentic Ireland’s IT was top notch and enabled easy prepayment for everything. The included Irish breakfasts were a real bonus. The recommended must see sites near each stay were very helpful. We practically never use a travel agent, but plan to use Authentic Scotland next year. This is a great operation!

We have had two self-driving vacations planned by Authentic Ireland in the past two years, one to Scotland and one to Ireland. Both were unqualified successes. The hotels were uniformly excellent to outstanding and the chosen cities everything we wanted.

Hello Megan, We truly did enjoy our one week in Ireland. We wish we had made it two weeks as there was much more to see.
We would like to compliment you and your company (you in particular) for the wonderful job you did in arranging this trip for us. All of the accommodations were first class and every prearranged tour for which we had a voucher went off without a hitch, no questions asked.
We had a little difficulty with the last suite at Kilasee as the room was only accessible via several staircases. My hip required that we ask at the desk for something more easily accessible. We did see the suite and it was truly fabulous.
There was some difficulty finding that Hotel as the directions were from Dublin and we were coming from Galloway.
If you have a trip that includes more of Southern Ireland we would be interested in considering it for a future trip.
