Great service
My car diddn't reach minimum bid, but AutoCom gave me a call after the auction and told me that they properly could find a buyer for my car if I still wanted to sell it and what the price should be. I told them that my minimum selling price was the minimum bid price which I had but in the auction. After 10 min they called me back again and told me that there was a buyer and now my car is sold for the price i asked.

Everything worked fine but high fee
Everything worked fine. Only issue costing a star, is the relative expensive fee for cheap cars.
Fee 1700,- for a car sold for 7.000 = 24% of value.

Interesting service, I haven't used it before.
Apart from the price being a bit lower than what you could get otherwise, I liked it a lot. Simple and went smooth.

Great concept, good support
The setup works quite well - you are supported by the form in describing the car, then the auction commences and you are supported in the follow-up activities.
The only minor issue I have is that during the auction you can receive a lot of emails.

When you sold the car you had described the car as in perfect condition without any scratches or dents. Among other things the buyer found a rather big dent in the panel and therefore the deal was canceled.
We have offered you to re-enroll the car to a new auction with a edited description. But you did not make use of our offer.

Got only 75% of the agreed price
Sold my car, got an unrealistic high price in the auction, but the buyer didn´t pay that price but 3/4 of it, because in his opinion "the rust spots on the car were different from what he had ever seen before". The truth being there's nothing guaranteeing the buyer really pays the price given in the auction, the dealers know this and abuse the system. I would have got the same price directly from other buyers, so using autocom just added my sales cost.
