Aitodoc have a broad range of products available. I have recently started having some problems with the app during checkout with redirection not occuring after payment. Nevertheless the orders have been submitted.
Compatibility of parts needs to be carefully checked as there are errors with parts shown as compatible when they are not (e.g hatchback parts reported as compatible with estate model of the vehicle when they are not.
Delivery time can be quite long but prices can be competitive. App prices varying from web prices is something I do not appreciate as I would prefer to use the web when performing searches especially when comparing parts.

It was great to receive correct advice from both chat and advisor.
Service was also first class. Very happy.

Decent prices, parts for car that the main dealership won’t sell are mainly available here. Delivery could be quicker.

Very slow delivery of parts

First time I have used this lot and certainly the last. I ordered a BMW mirror and indicator strip and had to wait over a week for EVRI to delivery the wrong parts as the box randomly had 4 spark plugs instead it. On raising a return refund request the amount was provisional subject to review and was approx. £11 short of what I paid. Absolutely disgusting customer service and fuming as I needed parts urgently.

Excellent website and great prices, but please be a bit more honest about delivery times. I put around £600 worth of parts for my Audi A7 in my basket (I was logged in with my UK address, etc.), and they said delivery would be around 2 days. I really wasn't expecting that, but I had a few days off work the following week so I could get everything fitted then. The order was still processing for around 5 days before I even got a delivery update from Evri, and the parcel was being sent from Poland. Overall, it took nearly 2 weeks to come. And when the 3 packages arrived, the front brake pads didn't fit, even though I thoroughly checked and it said they would fit. And I don't even know where to start with getting these sent back to Poland and wait for a refund, I suppose I'll just have to right that £60 off and purchase a replacement from a local supplier for maybe a little more.

Used company's website to buy replacement wiper blades. Entered my Car Reg, options came up, I chose one. Arrived and didn't fit. Tried to return. Autodoc sent return form and advised I needed to pay to send them back to Germany myself. I complained as it's their recommendation and error. After going round in circles with their terrible Live Chat, AI bots and then getting an Operator, here's the reply:

"Thank you for the information.
In this regard, we do state on the website for each item that you must verify compatibility using the original OEM part number; however, you did not do so, and we are therefore refusing to cover the return costs for all parts."

Obviously I carried on complaining and was advised:

"To do this, please provide us with the vehicle’s chassis number, and our technicians will perform a compatibility check. We offer alternatives in case of incompatibility, and we will handle the entire claim process since we were the ones who recommended the part. The license plate number cannot guarantee compatibility, and the website may occasionally display errors; please also review all the information in the Terms and Conditions on the website."

They accept their data isn't perfect, that you're basically playing Russian Roulette when you buy from here and that if it goes wrong they're going to make it as difficult as possible to get a refund.

I will never use these guys again. Absolute con men.

Easy to use, only down for me is speed of delivery!

Went through all the necessary checks with vehicle reg and with codes on the back of the part only to receive an incorrect part. According to a mechanic, a very outdated part too! Anyway, the returns process is not only difficult / complicated I have to ship it back at my expense. Instead, I’ll just give the part away and chalk it up to experience then never use this outlet for anything again

Ordered service kit was confirmed for delivery. No delivery chased and was advised upto 10 days and apologised for the delay. Apologised for not communocating then apologised again that all in all it will be 3 weeks before i get my money back. Did offer 10 pound voucher off next purchase that i wont need aa i wont be using again.

Great fit. I was able to insert the starter motor into my car. And the car is up and running since then.

Today's date 24th July. Order placed 12th July and advised delivery wed 14th , parcel collected 8 days later on the 20th and I have no clue where it is . Tracking states arrived at dpd depot 21st then on 23rd another depot , but no indication if the depot is in Siberia or the UK . I might have saved £20 by ordering from them rather than my local auto parts center but I've lost the use of my car for a week or more . I guess it's a waiting game on my first and final order from Autodoc .
