AVOID THIS PLACE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY
I purchased my car from auto globe on the 10th of march and had it delivered, within two weeks i reported that when i was driving over any defects over the road, my steering wheel was turning by itself drastically, i asked to speak to somebody to which they sent me the after sales email, after emailing they sent me to my extended warranty, even though it’s known that as the fault was clearly there at point of sale, the responsibility lies with the supplying dealer. The fault ended up being both front suspension arms which were mentioned on the advisory of the 2025 MOT but not the 2026, even though the fault clearly hadn’t been rectified as was now classed as a dangerous MOT failure by a garage autoglobe recommend me to take it to for a health check. This leads me to question the validity of any MOT done by autoglobe as i’m sure it would anyone else as well.
Even now the after sales service is incredibly poor, when i initially asked to receive help they asked to see my dash board to see if i was still in the guarantee zone, i was. I then emailed them back and forth to which they still persisted i go through the extended warranty. I am still waiting for a response to my letter of rejection over 2 weeks later. i hoped to resolve this amicably as even with the evidence of gross negligence at point of sale, i do understand things go wrong with used cars. However, autoglobe have left me no choice but to go down the route of legal advice and then action which i am more than willing to do as they have shown no desire to resolve these major issues to date. Not only this issue but it took me several attempts with several different staff for them to issue a new v5c when i had paid my tax. My new V5c was issued mid may, i purchased the car on the 10th of march. Any individual would be caused distress over this matter as everytime i contacted them about it or for any update they said they’d get back to me and no one did until a young gentleman actually sorted the issue out for me over the phone due to me being frustrated. This place avoids everything that their incompetence has caused, do not buy from here.

We would like to clarify that all vehicles sold by Auto Globe undergo appropriate checks prior to sale, including preparation and inspection processes designed to identify any obvious issues. As with any used vehicle, faults can occasionally develop after purchase, and this does not automatically indicate that a vehicle was faulty at the point of sale.
When you contacted our after-sales team, we did not ignore your concerns. We requested the relevant information and directed you through the appropriate channels, including the warranty process available to you. The purpose of an extended warranty is to provide additional support for mechanical issues and ensure customers have a route for assistance when faults arise.
We also strongly reject any suggestion that we knowingly supplied a dangerous vehicle or that our MOT processes are invalid. Such claims are serious and unsupported. MOT advisories and subsequent findings can vary depending on the condition of a vehicle at different points in time, as wear and deterioration can occur after an inspection.
Regarding your V5C documentation, we acknowledge that there were delays and apologise for any inconvenience caused. However, this was addressed and resolved once it was brought to the attention of the relevant member of our team.
We have always been willing to communicate and work towards a fair resolution. However, we cannot accept accusations of negligence or incompetence based solely on your interpretation of events. We remain committed to handling genuine concerns appropriately and in accordance with our legal obligations.
