Payed 225.00 pound for a signed Liverpool shirt on the 6th Feb. Received invoice but no tracking details after 10 working days. Called them and said they would look into it all call me back. 3 weeks on no call back i’ve left multiple voicemails , emails and facebook messages THEY ARE IGNORING ME!! called citizens advice and was advised to dispute with bank! turns out the bank have had MULTIPLE calls about this site and they have refunded me immediately. THIS IS A FAKE SCAMMING SITE!! please do not use. I’m now left without a gift for my grandfathers 80th birthday. Whoever is behind this you should be ASHAMED!!! 😡
If could give a zero I would I received the photo ordered for my husbands Christmas however have not received the authenticity certificate that they keep promising sending they are now not replying to messages on messenger which is their chosen contact method, do not spend money on their items am guessing not authentic at all, contacted numerous times.
Placed an order. No confirmation. Tried to emAil, message and phone to speak to someone. No response. Finally found Facebook page and messaged. Had response to say not possible to collect order and it will be posted. Then responded to me chasing order 2 weeks later, saying they will look into it but no response since, despite reading follow up messages. Still waiting for update on order which has still not arrived after 18 days (delivery 5-10 days). No contact or updates provided…or even order confirmation. yet £280 deducted from bank. Disgraceful communication. All I ask is to know what is going on.
