I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this service. They make bold promises, stating that your package will arrive in 2 to 3 days, but this is nothing more than a lie. Once they receive your payment, their attitude changes entirely. They seem to have no regard for your order or its timely delivery. Despite their claims that the package has been posted, the truth is that it hasn't been sent at all. This lack of accountability and communication is shocking.

Autohaus call themselves honestcomponents on eBay and their service is shocking, I paid £10 extra on an engine mount to get 24 hour delivery and it arrived 53 hours later once the car had gone, will not refund me the part or shipping and argue with every email I send, asking stupid questions like my address, when they were the shippers and "can i have a photo of your house" ? I dont expect to ever see the money shelled out and neither will you if there is a problem kind regards Steve R
