We bought new car from them for 219.000,-. A brand that we did not know.
After over a month we decided that we could not be driving in that car for safety reasons. So we contacted Peter who is the sale chef and said that we wanted to change the car to another one from them. To a brand that we knew and trust and felt save driving in. Peter was going to look at it. Promise about to morrow became few weeks and finally he came back with 160.000,- for our car that we bought from them only weeks ago. For us he would pay 180.000,-
We knew it would cost us money but 39.000,- for a month is a lot and they would sell 3 cars in the progress. Two times to us and then the return car to someone else.
After we said that this calculation must be wrong he said that Andreas who sold us the car was back and he would look at the case. (over 3 weeks after we contacted them and he just sent us over to the next one) Guess he pick the customer he wants to help.
Andreas said that he could offer us 180.000,-
No Thanks.... but since we wanted another car from them they could do something with the price at that car... and so we were sent to the 3th sale person who call on Sunday only to say that 180.000,- is the best price and he would not do anything about the price of the other car.
So yes... they got our money...
We got car we do not trust.. and feeling like customers they do not want..
So please hold dig væk fra dem

A great experience for an English speaker buying a car in Denmark.
I apologise for the review being in English, I haven't been in Denmark for that long and I'm not confident in my ability to leave a properly worded review in Danish.
But to the point. I had an excellent experience with Pedersen and Nielsen in Randers when buying a used Volvo.
The experience was very pleasant, nothing was forced and the buying process was smooth and open.
Philip Hasager was incredibly helpful throughout the process, keeping me informed and up to date on modifications I had requested to the vehicle I was buying. I feel he went beyond what is necessary to be helpful and accommodating, promptly responding to any questions or requests I had.
He also helped me through the process in English, which was of extra help to me as I am a native English speaker and have not purchased a car in Denmark before. Anything my wife was not 100% on I could ask.
The car was handed over to me in excellent, agreed upon condition with some last minute problems being fixed, and I felt we reached an agreeable deal for both parties. I am pleased with my purchase.
I can fully recommend the Pedersen and Nielsen branch in Randers. If you happen to be a foreigner living in Denmark and need a car then I hope you can receive a similar experience here if you have English.
Many thanks, again, to Philip. Also thanks to Kasper Brath Jensen for clearing up pricing of certain parts for me, again, helping me greatly with English and making sure I had the correct things.

Complete ripoff
Complete ripoff! 7000kr for service eftersyn and sparkplugs change on a 2 year old car. Only because I've decided to take it to the "proper" mechanics and not to the usual place where I was taking my older car (and it was 1200kr max! per eftersyn). Now the service itself was 1900kr before materials and BEFORE MOMS!?!?! I got a quote afterwards from QuickPoint - 3500kr for everything (eftersyn, oil, spark plugs (not really needed to be changed!), mechanic hours, MOMS!!! ). Needless to say, I'm not going back to these thieves.

In grenaa? Totally unprofessional . Wasted time and money.
Bad diagnosis, bad repair, fixing a car by trial and error . After changing egr valve my car still had problems so i asked a refund after they generously said that i should bring the car for more investigations(but not for free, of course! Because it's my fault that they can't identify the issue - at least be honest and say, we don't know, go somewhere else!. that's how they got 700 dkk for wasting an hour of finding something completely uselss).Ofc i went back to them to take the new parts of the car and replace them with the old ones. after that they told me "we placed back your old gasket and egr valve"(gasket ?since when? Wasn't mentioned that it has to be changed any of the talks or stated in the bill ) and bonus i got a crap whistle sound which wasn't there when i first had my car to them.
