SO RUDE The evening supervisor called Dave was…

The evening supervisor called Dave was extremely rude not someone that should be working in a position dealing with the public let alone someone whose car has broken down at night in the rain with two small children. He was extremely annoyed and rude because i didn't know the full address of where i had broken down and only the postcode that was kindly given to me by someone that lived close.
My partner arrived and took the phone to speak to him and as me and my partner were talking to each other he proceeded to tell me he would not be spoken to like that and put the phone down on me.
The mechanic that was on the way was lovely and super helpful and had to apologise for the man's behaviour on the phone.
I called back to log a complaint and the lady that answered seemed very reluctant to help.
I would avoid this company at all costs A worried stressed mum should not be made to feel like that ever !!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Brought a renault magen from here in 2022. The average price at the time was around 3.5 to 4 k and I payed nearly 5k as this one was supposedly very well looked after and in great condition, not to mention being sold by supposedly a trustworthy garage. However there has been countless problems with the car from the very beginning to which they accepted no responsibility whatsoever and offered no solution. This review is long overdue but I am at a point where I have spent around 3k on repairs for this pile of junk and now I just have a large scrap of metal siting outside my house that has zero chance of passing an mot. I will now just be cutting my losses with this pile of pooh, just please do not consider buying from these people.
Just a side note they tried to keep back the SD card for the satnav and miraculously managed to find the same one just lying around when I complained, tried to give me non working keys until I with held money until they replaced. These where just immediate issues that I should have taken as a sign not to buy from them. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

Expensive car buying experience

I am absolutely outraged by the poor service provided by Automania Specialist Cars and Evolution Warranties LTD evolutionwarranties_com . Despite multiple trips to Automania for diagnostic checks, they repeatedly ignored my reported issues, not once, not twice, but three times. As a result, the condition of my vehicle deteriorated significantly. The situation has now escalated to include loud noise in the car and abnormal vibration damping, both of which I have previously reported to them. The balance and noise issues turned out to be the sway bar linkage, welded exhaust pipes and wishbones. The main issue is that I reported these problems early on, which were dismissed by Automania. The situation has now escalated to include loud interior noise and abnormal shock absorption, both of which I previously reported to them. When I tried to make a claim with Evolution Warranties LTD they denied my claim. I was forced to spend £386.61 fixing all the issues that should have been fixed from the start. . I know nothing can change now, but I urge everyone to consider this when buying a car or buying a warranty from them. Their policy is firm and leaves no chance for improvement.

Do not even consider buying from them

Do not even consider buying from them. Sold me a car for £3000 and within 2 weeks it needed £1500 repairs including a new clutch. Had the audacity to suggest that I had trashed the clutch myself in 2 weeks! I drove my last car for 4 years and never wore its clutch. I brought it back to them to fix it and they did about half of the work I asked. Clutch was still ruined so I brought it back again, paid for the part, and the next day the clutch release bearing was trashed and it's barely driveable. These boys are unprofessional, unhelpful, rude, and not worth your time.
