The car VW Polo was ok
The car VW Polo was ok, but very basic version (even without parking sensors). However, the car was quite dirty inside, and with heavy marks on seats.
The staff was very nice and helpful, the entire process of pick-up and drop-off was very quick with on-line check-in done before. Location very convenient in the short walk distance from terminal. Actually it's even closer than all official airport rentals.

Car was a in no good condition. Waiting times at Pick up where way too long.
Return was very good. Quick und friendly.

Avoid!!! Terrible experience!!! They are crooks and scamers and liars!!! They will ruin your vacation by making you pay enourmous amounts for a ridiculous scratches on the car.
I personally paid 230€ for a 2mm scratch. They even provided an invoice, where they stated that they spent 3,5h disassembling the rear bumber and 52,92€ on consumed material. All of that for a 2mm scratch!!!

they asked to cancel the premium…
they asked to cancel the premium insurance from carjet and buy their insurance for a higher price. the cost was bigger than the reservation request with aditional costs, and i paid only a deposit for reservation to carjet that i was partially refunded for cancelling their insurance
car was dirty, and scractahed all over, but i was not asked to pay anything when i brought it as i have not made any other damages, and i also has the premium insurance which was higher than the 5 days rental cost.
