AVOID

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Issues with a Vauxhall I bought in2023within one year car is only worth scrapping.
Was sold to me with numerous hidden issues and dangerous issues battery wasn't secure, oil leeks covered up, reg plate stuck on with sticky tape, wing mirror also taped on, window didn't work, damp smell, thermostat issues! to name just a few of the problems.
If you buy a car from here and it has issues, you will be fobbed off. You will have to chase up constantly.
Car was taken by them for repair, phoned for an update a day or 2 later and they had taken my car to a London based garage? No repair was carried out on site, that was misleading. They thought it a good idea to cable tie the battery and claim they secured it!
A courtesy car was provided whilst repairs where carried out, the courtesy car was dangerous brakes failed, which was extremely scary as myself and my son narrowly missed a head on with a bus!
When I phoned him to tell him, there was no surprise nor no apology!
He sent one of his staff to collect the courtesy car and hadn't informed them it was dangerous to drive, if that's how he treats his staff, as a customer you stand no chance!
I eventually just gave up in the end, having my mechanic make some repairs to make the car safe. Exhausted with it all.
The car was unsafe to sell on, plus I have a conscience-- so itll be scrapped.

My advice do not spend your hard earned cash here! Just look at the reviews and the way he replies to his customers..... Always the customer at fault apparently!

Reply- As I suspected....of course you would deny all knowledge. I've attached some of the paperwork as proof and perhaps you should check your admin if you do not keep records of your sales.I'm am no longer shocked at your terrible customer service. Your just out to scam people of their money and then blame the customer when they challenge you.
I have proof of all of the emails, texts and receipts so you can no longer deny this!

Fabulous service

The service I received from the gentleman was outstanding. I bought an SLK and they buffed it up to perfection. Recommend this company highly, they have a fabulous selection of cars at very good prices.

Stay away

Stay away. I bought a 2010 Toyota Prius for £4500 and within 7 months both the hybrid battery and the v12 battery had failed, costing me another £4000

Dodgy secondhand car dealer

Paid a refundable deposit on a car. There were a few issues with the car that were going to be fixed. They weren't. Still not got the deposit back 2 months later after numerous phone calls. These people are thieves. Steer clear

Do not trust. Should not be allowed to trade.

Even no stars would be flattering. Bought a car which was totally misdescribed online and over the phone. I have no hesitation in saying that these people think nothing of lying to you . Car was a rust bucket with many faults, even though they described it as “a perfect example”. I rejected it upon delivery and returned it straight away but they refused to refund my money. Excuse after excuse, all patently rubbish. They then lied to the arbitrator who, nevertheless, made them refund my money plus £1500 for costs. Even then he tried to squirm and underpay me on the final day. My very strong advice would be to have absolutely nothing to do with this company.
