Availability of matching paint makes it possible to keep vehicles longer. Impossible to do this locally.

Paint splattered badly

Paint splattered badly and was worthless. The company totaly misrepresented me for any form of support or refund. I lost $367.74 plus the cost of all the other materials I bought for the job.

Color does not cover in 3-4 coats

Color does not cover in 3-4 coats. There is no topcaot available so the basecoat does not cover like other products I have used with great success. I emailed the company about the issue and although I got a receipt of my question, 2 days later still no response. I want to return the additional color for another car and the phone number just rings and rings: no answer, no voice mail, no options. Feel like the company is not a professional entity.

have used your product before

have used your product before, perferct match, and looks great ! wish it came in a 6 0z. can, as I paint 1/25 model cars, and a 6 oz can would be easier to use, and store.

Hands down the worst online place I have shopped at, took my money on the 20th of January and no communication from them since, this is despite my attempts to contact them repeatedly with no reply. It’s now the 24th of feb and I’ve requested a refund but again no reply. Don’t order from here!

Absolutely the worst customer service…

Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable.

I have ordered paint from this company multiple times and the color is always a good match and the quality is always good.

This time I ordered spray cans of paint and they spit dark spots, messed up the application and were worthless.
I emailed customer support and they danced me around for a month indicating my shop was the wrong temperature, misapplication, everything or everything on "my" part was investigated.
It seemed that the color was susceptible to temperature and that rang a bell with me.
I told them:
"It was cold here probably below zero when the paint delivery was left on the front porch. It was there until 4-5pm then brought in.
It was in for some days before any was used."
They replied:
"Thank you for the additional information — we appreciate you taking the time to check.

Based on what you described, the cans being left outside in below-zero temperatures is almost certainly the cause of the spitting you experienced. Aerosol paint is very sensitive to extreme cold. When it freezes or gets extremely cold during transit or delivery, the internal pressure and the paint structure can be affected, which can lead to sputtering, darker droplets, or inconsistent spray patterns even after the can has been brought back to room temperature.
~..
A color like {color used} on the other hand, contains about 9 multiple toners and additives that need
to stay properly suspended and at the correct viscosity. Extreme cold can temporarily separate or thicken those components, which is why color cans tend to show issues while the clear may still spray normally.

We normally don’t ever see this because of fast delivery, but in situations where a package sits outside in very low temperatures, it can unfortunately impact the performance of the color cans.

We appreciate your understanding and the detailed feedback."

That was their answer !!
They obviously are aware of potential freezing issues and have for some time apparently.

Their "We normally don’t ever see this.." clearly indicates that this is and has been a problem occasionally.

If they are aware of freezing issues, then why are there absolutely no indications or warnings of this ANYWHERE in their documentation or web pages.
Neither is there any warnings offered in ANY correspondence from them to me regarding this (or any other) order.

After a week of no response, and this being over a month after I emailed them on my problem they offered ABSOLUTELY NO RESTITUTION WHATSOEVER !
No nothing !

I emailed them:
"Really, seriously a week and no response whatsoever ?

This situation has progressed for a month and my problem has been danced around the block many times with no resolve for me.

You have eloquently described your own shortcomings most clearly. You are (and have been) aware of potential shipping issues which obviously
are a regular occurrence in cold weather.

I purchased a product in good faith with the expectation that the product would be delivered to me in good condition. It was not.

Shipping was NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY !
NO MENTION OF POTENTIAL FREEZING AVOIDANCE IS OR WAS MADE BY YOU !
No mention in any of your documentation, website or communications.
No special notes or instructions were given to the shipping company.
No special instructions were given or sent to me in any way considering it was January.

Yes, a company generally has a responsibility to inform you of the possibility of freezing damage, particularly if they are aware that the product is temperature-sensitive and is being shipped during cold weather.
While carriers are often liable for damage, the seller holds responsibility for ensuring the product arrives in good condition and for managing customer expectations, which includes informing them of
potential, foreseeable hazards like freezing.

If the company failed to warn me and didn't protect the item, they are liable for the damage.

I have been damaged, I expect a full refund or I will be forced to seek recompense via the courts.

I am a extremely disgusted customer."

I sent that on the Feb 13th, it is now the 23rd and I have heard nothing from them whatsoever to date.
I emailed them on Jan 6th originally.
It has been almost 2 months and no nothing from the crooks and deadbeats.
I am out hundreds.

So they get a one star.

I will go file in small claims court for my restitution.

Be warned.

Surprise surprise ...Wished I'd of studied reviews !

"Surprise, surprise... Wish I'd read reviews like this before going with these guys!
TERRIBLE, practically non-existent customer service—they clearly couldn't care less.
I was super polite and patient on my first few calls with Jessica, but every time I followed up (after waiting 2 months just to get scheduled into the painter's booth), the color match was way off. My Tesla's PPSW (Pearl White Multi-Coat) is a bright, clean white, but the paint they mixed came out noticeably yellow-tinged—not even close to an exact match.
Her response? 'The guy who makes the formula works from home, and I passed the message on. What else can I do?' That's it—no real help, no follow-up, no solutions.
YIKES! Nearly $300 for a meager pint of paint that's basically unusable as-is. Now I'm having my painter source it from PPG instead and try to blend/match what was supposed to be a perfect factory match.
My strong advice: DO NOT USE these guys. Very slow shipping on top of everything else. Save yourself the headache and money—go elsewhere for Tesla paint matching!"

I had a very poor experience with…

Update: After posting my review on multiple platforms and sending additional follow-up messages to the company, I finally received a response. I was informed that I would need to return the unopened product at my own expense. I sent the package back as instructed, and on February 21 I received a refund for the original purchase amount.

I had a very poor experience with AutomotiveTouchUp.com.

I placed my order on December 18th (Receipt #13452801). At the time of purchase, the website stated that the order would be delivered no later than December 30th. Receiving the product on time was critical for me, and I planned accordingly.

The package did not arrive by the promised date, and I received no updates. After waiting more than two weeks, I contacted AutomotiveTouchUp.com by email on January 6th to ask about the status of my order.

In their email response, I was informed that my order had never been shipped and had remained unprocessed on their end. Only after that email did they finally send the package.

The package was delivered on January 12th. By that time, it was already too late for me to use the product for its intended purpose, as the car had already been sold the day before. The package remains completely unopened.

After receiving the package, I submitted multiple return requests and support tickets through their website asking how to return an unopened product and receive a refund. None of those requests have been answered.

Customer support is extremely difficult to reach. Phone calls go unanswered, and emails and website requests are largely ignored. Throughout this entire process, I received only one response.

At this point, the main issue is not the money itself, but the overall process: the long and unnecessary waiting, the internal disorganization that led to my order not being shipped at all, and the lack of basic communication or accountability toward customers who reach out for help.

I am simply requesting a refund for a completely unopened product that was delivered too late to be used. This issue could be resolved easily, but the lack of communication has been unacceptable.
