I ordered 4 tires there over a month ago. After a few days I received the first 2. To this day I do not have the next two tires. I also sent e-mails asking about the rest of the order and I always received an answer that they were checking what was wrong with my order and I should wait for the answer. Today is 7.03 and I still don't have 2 tires.

Onlangs twee gasveren besteld bij autoonderdelen24.nl. Allereerst, vergeet het “.nl”, want je komt in Duitsland uit. Na het kenteken van mijn auto ingevoerd te hebben, verscheen er een lijst gasveren die geschikt zouden zijn voor mijn auto. De bovenste gekozen en laten komen. Deze veren bleken 3 cm te lang. Navraag bij auto-onderdelen.nl gedaan, waarop men mij vertelde, dat een gasveer niet terug genomen werd, omdat deze al op de auto gemonteerd was geweest. Verwijzen naar de informatie op hun site, naar aanleiding van het kenteken, maakte niet uit. Terugsturen, naar Duitsland, was te kostbaar. Hierop nog gereageerd, waarop ik als als antwoord kreeg, dan had ik de klantenservice maar moeten bellen met het VIN-nummer. Voor mij een omgekeerde wereld. Zorg eerst dat de informatie juist is.

Recently I purchased two gas springs at Auto-onderdelen.nl. Note that “.nl” is leading to a company in Germany. After filling in the number of the licenceplate of my car, a list of gas springs was shown. I chose the first one and ordered a set. After trying to mount one gas spring, I noticed these were too long, 3 cm.
Complaining resulted in the remark, the partially mounted gas springs could not be returned. That the information at their site was inadequate or misleading, did not make any difference. Response was I had to get in contact with their customers service and they could give me the right information based on the chassisnummer. Sorry? That is turning everything the other way arrond. First of all you have to make sure the info at your website is correct.

This website is owned by “Autodoc” parts, autodoc is the owner/fabricator of the parts with brand “Stark automotive”.
These parts are from very low quality but on their website they sell it at a higher price then the name brands which is strange but there is a reason for that.
If you buy a part from a quality name brand they send you exactly the same part from there rubbish Stark brand, if you complain to them about this and ask for the name brand part you bought, they tell you that they’re a awesome company because you got the more expensive (their rubbish stark) part for the price of the less expensive (brand name part).
This is why the stark parts are surprisingly expensive for such rubbish!
It’s all one big scam!!

Proof that you are a gang of crooks and liars can be found all over the internet. Only we DO file a lawsuit for this amount.

I ordered something from them and it was broken. On the site you can find that transporttime is 2-3 days but it was longer than a week, so cost me money and time without the car. Beside that, i had to fix another autopart.
Mistakes can happen, i wrote an email about it, i have sent all they asked stickers,label,fotos.. they promised a fast answer and further investigation. Now.. after 2 months gone by ,still no answer,no informations. I've sent 3 emails about it with a friendly tone but still no responds.
I can't be more disappointed with this company. I suggest you to never order from them, find another website!!
