I've ordered the used part based on the part code and it was pretty fast delivered through standard delivery, less than a week.
The part was as expected, in a good state and still usable. I can say that i am pretty satisfied with their services and products

Great service
I had been looking for a specific spare part for my car from everywhere on the internet. Then I found autoparts24 and contacted them directly via email. Thorsten from customer service replied allmost immediately and helped me find the part on their site.
Made the order and the part arrived as promised. Overall, customer service was superb and order was delivered as promised.

Check the price twice before you order
I am sorry I sent one very positive review already but in fact the service and speed were very good and so was the part that we bought. What I do not like is the way the prices are created for different countries within EU. For one and the same item you pay eg 64,41 € VAT excl on a website for Germany and if I order the same item from Slovakia, I am charged 76,48 € VAT excl . The seller says the difference (18,7%) is because of different freight cost from Denmark which is very questionable as the distance maybe as well the same. It would be much more transparent quoting the same price VAT excl. for everybody plus different freight cost for individual countries within EU.

Dear Customer. We are very sorry that you do not seem to understand our online shop set-up, as it in fact is not very complicated. Prices follows the country of delivery of the ordered item. Just as train tickets are more expensive for a long ride than for a short ride. Even if within the EU it is more expensive to travel from Stockholm to Rome, than from Stockholm to Berlin. So no matter which of our sides you use for ordering, the price is the price FROM the supplier country TO the delivery country. Prices also reflect the amount of shipments to a specific country. Destinations with a lot of shipment have discount, where as destination we do not ship to very often, is with no discount. Kind regards AUTOPARTS24

This was my last chance to get a replacement for a damaged wheel arch liner for my Alfa Giulia as Alfa Romeo seem to have been unable to supply them for several months. It was from a car of similar mileage to my own, it was delivered in good condition and has now been fitted, my car is now intact again.
