Don’t buy from this company based in Thailand. Nothing fits like they show in the video. A terrible product. Only way to get a refund is to ship it back to Thailand, shipping is more than the original purchase price.

It said my mats were delivered on 3/12 on the front porch, but no one seemed anything & my daughter was home all day! Now I can’t get in touch with anyone I want my $173.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST. Absolute Tomfuckery! This scam artist orders products from China and has no idea what is actually being sent. The directions on my order came in Chinese. They don't answer the phone or emails. The product is misrepresented. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST.

Stay away. I wish I had read reviews before ordering the two sets of seat cushions. Spent nearly $300. Ask to return product as not suitable for my body build. Refused to cancel order. Refused return. Refused refund. Difficult to deal with. Hate the product. Stupid lesson. Stay away from this scam company.

10/25, ordered 2 customized logo steering wheel covers. Covers came without logo. Was told I did not specify logo. Refused to correct the problem. 12/25 really wanted that 1 logo, ordered again. The logo I received is absolutely nothing like the advertisement. A magnifyer is needed to see it. I was offered a 5% ($2.00) discount and 20% off future purchases. Guess what won't be happening from me again.

Trash! Do not order the tint film. It took nearly 2 months to arrive from China (alluded to be an American product). They sent the cheapest dark plastic that hardly sticks (if I were to leave it on the car - too embarrassed to do so). 100% rip-off. $140 expensive lesson for me.

The windshield cover sent to me is not the correct item that I purchased based on what is advertised on Autoprimez.com website.
I was sent a thin, cheap layer of material. The material on the website shows multiple (5) layers of insulation, cotton and aluminum fabrics. What I received was a single layer of cheap thin synthetic fabric.
The photo on your website shows the cover has magnetic strips that secure the fabric to the car. What you sent to me had no magnets and so does not stick to my car.
The photo on the website shows the fabric covering the passenger and driver windows. What was sent to me does not cover the windows and doesn’t fit the shape of the car. I have photos showing the improper fit.

The style of the windshield cover is nothing like advertised on the website. I emailed their customer support and they refused to address the problems and claimed it was a customer error due to personel preferences??????
I am taking further action to expose this fraudulent business. Don’t buy from this company.

DO NOT spend a dime with this company. Items are not by vehicle application at all, and are cheaply made over seas. RUN AWAY.

Company info suggests it is American but in reality products come from China (and on a damn slow boat)

One star because products look great online. DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchase 2 sets of car mats for my trucks. Open the products that were stuffed in a plastic bag then taped up. Packaging cased creases throughout all of the mats. The would not let me return due to the return policy states it has to be a defect in order to get a refund. The mats are cheaply made, quality is noting compared to what I saw from the videos. I really wish I would’ve looked for views and return policy. With a return policy like theirs, I should have known the product was not what it appeared to be. The internet can be deceitful. I only had the product for a couple of days before receiving it. I immediately messaged them. Im going to make sure I get on all platforms to advise everyone. I’m literally out of $350, which I have to find more mats. Customer service advised to use a blow dryer to get the creases out…..Really?! The package should’ve been done better.

I purchased a car cover from them and have used it 4-5 times. It has a cheap plastic zipper that no longer works. I reached out to support. They requested pics and shipping label showing i received the item. No one keeps that information for months. Asking for that immediately shows they weren’t going to honor the warranty on their product. Several hours later i received a response that they would not honor the warranty, stating the following: Our policy is designed to cover manufacturing defects and issues that arise from normal use of the product. However, it does not extend to cover errors that may result from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or any other factors beyond the control of our manufacturing process. How can they come to that conclusion with me sending 2 pics of the zipper and car cover actually on the car. I would caution purchasing from this company. This car cover was not cheap and to only get 3 months of use before it malfunctioned and to not honor their warranty is not a company i would choose to do business with again.

This company is no good and would not recommend them at all. Ordered mats for a Polaris slingshot they sent mats for a car. I explained the difference and still they would not return my money. Told them I can’t use the mats and they offered me 5% then 10%. I said out of my money I get $9. Crazy. They will only return defective or damaged product so u loose your money. I even sent pictures and told them I had no use. They still left me with these sorry useless mats that look like they were made with cheap material. Pitiful company stay away if I was u. Read the reviews cause I sure wish I had. Customer service is not on their priority list and they don’t care cause they have your money and you have nothing to use to do a return.

Ordered custom made mats for my Toyota Sienna 2025. They sent me the wrong color, and when i placed them in my van, they in no way were shaped to fit my vehicle. Couldnt access gas or brake pedal, rear mats didnt conform to the shape of my van. After emailing back and forth, and getting no where, i placed a resolution thru paypal. Long story short, i would have had to pay over $150 to ship the mats back to china, before getting a refund for my purchase of $160. Shipping was to be paid from me. So my refund would have been $5 and change. What a racket. I refuse to spend money to ship them back so they end up with the mats i got (which are useless to me) and i get a few dollars. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Whatever you do, do not order anything from Autoprimez. They advertise on Instagram and Facebook, but they are a complete fraud and the consumer fraud agencies need to investigate them. I received my purchase and it looked nothing like the photos presented or the description on the website. The mats looked homemade and did not fit the vehicle. I returned my items. They did not refund my money. I put in a complaint with Paypal. This company is a total scam.

I ordered seat cover black with white trim. Received black with white accent and beige tan trim. Looks awful. Quality terrible. Can not use. Requested to return product. COMPANY refuses to accept return !!! So if you buy any if there products your stuck with it regardless how crappy the product is. DONT DO BUSSINESS with this company. I’ve list $250 usd and would hate anybody else to experience a loss as well.

This company is on facebook and sell Auto accessories floor mats, car covers. I bought a car cover for my car and gave details on the make, model and year as they requested to get the size correct. The web site states easy returns if not satisfied. I ordered and received the car cover, it was not made with the same material as shown of the web site or in the pictures. It is made with cheap vinyl and is stiff so as to damage your car. The bigger issue was the mirror cut outs were in the incorrect location almost 24" off which make the cover not fit the car all so not functional at all. They won't let me return for credit but want to give me a 5-10% discount which does nothing for a cover that does not fit at all can not use.
