READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM AUTOQUEST SEATTLE

READ BEFORE YOU BUY !!!

Just when you think you are getting a amazing deal. I purchased a vehicle in May of 2019 (no I did not have a outside mechanic look it over before purchasing). I was “believing” the inspection that Autoquest had given me. My vehicle begin having issues in June of 2019 I took it to a authorized dealer since it did sill have a warranty. Much to my surprise the vehicle I was sold was missing over $1,800 in parts and had been in a accident!!! All the under carriage and skid plates of the car had been removed and were missing. When purchasing a vehicle I like to think I’m purchasing a “whole” car. After WEEKS of making texts, calls and emails to the sales manger I finally get a response from Autoquest I was told my car pass the safety inspection and I should have had it looked at by a third party so I didn’t do my homework, I was offered $600 not even half to pay for “missing parts” and told what’s the big deal we gave you a good price when we sold you the car. Then when told The sales manger I would wright a review He said “if you aren’t going to be happy I won’t send your check”, so he didn’t. The next four weeks NO CHECK. I called, emailed, and texted until the AMAZING office manger took control and mailed the check. The only kind person in the mess. Long story short, don’t buy here you will think you are driving away with your “dream” car only to be dealing with a nightmare!!!
