Memorable for absolutely the wrong reasons

If you are looking for a dealership, that will stand by their product and be accountable to their clients, this is not it.

Just 39 days after purchasing my vehicle, it broke down on the road due to major mechanical failure. Their response when I contacted the dealership directly, was to state that my initial 30 days had passed and shift the responsibility over to the insurance policy they sell, as an add on to deal with it, although clearly there was an issue when they sold the vehicle and did not disclose or diagnosis at time of purchase.

The result? Thousands in of out-of-pocket expenses, a mechanic who further damaged my vehicle and misdiagnosed the failures, in addition to a delay of over three months to receive my car back in a drivable state. All while continuing to make financing payments on my “new used” vehicle with no actual car.

This dealership takes zero accountability or responsibility to its clients. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from here, as this is not a trustworthy dealership. As many people do, I trusted the rating, and did my due diligence before buying.

Writing this for awareness, as no other customers should experience this ordeal. Despite advertising superior customer experience, and all smiles when you purchase, expect to be absolutely on your own, as soon as you drive off the lot. If you’re a gambler and are comfortable taking the chance to lose it all, bet on this dealership, you’ll surely win that bet.
