Great customer service
Ordered a record player that on their website was listed as with built in pre-amp by mistake. After receiving the product and realizing the issue I let them know and they send me a pre-amp free of charge. Very nice customer service. Definitely gonna order again.

Very user-friendly shop
Very user-friendly shop. It's easy to find the products and the checkout process is also intuitive. They ship very quickly, there were absolutely no issues on the way.
Just the website looks like from the 90s :) but it doesn't change the product anyway.
