Først skal du have tak for at have handlet hos os. Vi er glade for, at du er tilfreds med den hurtige ekspedition af din retursag. Vi kan godt se, at en udgift for retur på 70,- for en ordre til samlet 158,- er mange penge. Normalt koster det 49,- at sende en vare af denne størrelse retur, hvis man vælger at købe retur igennem os. Disse bliver normalt sendt ud pr. mail til print, men vi tilbyder også, mod et tillæg på 20,-, at sende en fysisk label ud med pakkepost til de kunder der ikke har mulighed for at printe, og det kan vi se at du har valgt.
Vi håber at se dig tilbage hos os en anden god gang.
