Super impressed with how easy everything was. Rapid delivery, friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, and absolutely no hard sell. Just honest, straightforward service and a great car. Jay was also incredibly helpful with after‑sales support, offering useful recommendations to get the car on the road quickly and confidently.
Just to start off this company Ava Remarketing Ltd was formally seized and salvaged Ltd they folded the company due to being found liable to selling misleading and falsely advertised vehicles as I found out to my detriment to which I am owed a substantial sum of money which they have ignored even though the courts have ruled in my favour.
This has been the worst purchase I have ever made. I bought a vehicle that was described as “starts and drives around the yard”. This was absolutely not true. When it arrived, the vehicle would not start, would not crank, and was completely unusable from the moment of delivery. What I received was nothing like what was advertised.
The company hides behind the “trade only / sold as seen” excuse, but that does NOT justify a misleading description. They know the buyer cannot inspect the vehicle before delivery, yet still send out something in a far worse condition than stated.
Communication with the company is pointless: no help, no responsibility, only repeating their terms and conditions. No willingness to resolve anything, even when presented with clear evidence.
I decided to take the company to court to retrieve the money I was owed back under the trading standards act 2015 were I won the case only for them to ignore the court order and fold the company and restart it at the same address under there new name Ava Remarketing Ltd.
As the company is still trading just under a new name I am proceeding with a new court case regarding phoenixing which is illegal so just goes to show you how trustworthy these people are
I feel misled, ignored, and treated with complete disrespect.
This has been a major loss of money and time for me.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.
Unless you want to be ripped off there is only one thing for people like this and that’s prison ( which will be the outcome of the next court case ) absolute thieving scumbags stealing from hard working people.
