Please be advised that AvaTrade's Terms and Conditions state that at our sole discretion, we may cancel any or all orders, outstanding contracts or any other commitments entered into on behalf of the client without prior notice or demand. We have decided to exercise this discretion. Please refer to the relevant clause 15 of our Terms and Conditions.
Incredible, they have the same TC for CFDs and future
CME, no, you cannot close out a DOW futures contract for expiration before the predetermined date in the futures contract.
It is in our terms and conditions and we can close it whenever we want.
I have been trading CME futures for 30 years and this has never happened to me with a broker.
If after a thorough investigation we conclude that AVATRADE/AVAFUTURES is not responsible for anything under our TC, we are not responsible under any circumstances for your account, the segregation of the same, errors in your account, slippage, execution of limit orders at the requested price, correct accounting, connection, correct prices displayed, freezing of prices, etc. etc.
These TC do not seem to be aligned with the rules of the chambers
and the current legislation on the subject.
If you have an account with this broker I would recommend withdrawing your funds while you can.
