Rubbish product and company
Bought a £30 brooch through Amazon and wore it to a wedding a month later - first time I had worn it. The clasp fell off after an hour and I lost the brooch, which was recovered and handed to me later. I tried to return it through Amazon but I was one day out of the return period and have been unable to contact Avalaya since. De Nada. Zilch. Not a word. I wish I had seen the reviews before but I have always trusted Amazon to deal with reputable people. Obviously wrong in this case. Do not touch this company.

A simple thing. I wanted to place on order.The website kept reverting back to the screen. Didn't move further. I called them thrice Friday between 10.00 and 1.00 pm. The answer phone confirmed the opening hours, ie no one answered the call. Sent them an email. No response. I don't know if I can trust them to part with my money.

I had exactly the same issue whereby they set up an account without permission etc.
Makes you feel very unsafe since other sellers on eBay do not do this.

I ordered something off of eBay and then received an email from the seller to say they have created me an account on this website. I did not give permission for my details to be passed on like this. The site doesn't give you an option to delete the account. I'm very irritated. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, it seems very dodgy.

Please be aware,
These people also sell their items on AMAZON, yet refuse to follow Amazon protocol, please avoid buying their items on AMAZON, as you will only go through hassle if you buy from this ' Avalaya' company.
I would also not suggest buying from their website either, as their customer care is virtually non-existant. Thanks, for reading.

One of the best fashion jewellery stores
The website is quite easy to use. I haven't notices at first but, you can quickly navigate to your category (like earrings or bracelets) first and then select another jewellery parameter (like style or colour) - this will narrow it down to "red bracelets" for example. Then you can narrow the search even further by selecting the price range or an occasion for which you are buying. There are many different search possibilities which you can select in any order and it really helps to zoom in on the exact piece that suits you. It's possible to spend quite some time playing around with different combinations, but this is only because you like just looking at jewellery (like me). ;)
The above behavior is becoming pretty much standard for any good website like asos or littlewoodsdirect or indeed avalaya.
I've ordered my 2 bracelets around 3pm Tuesday and the order arrived the next morning - you can't really get it faster than that!
I gave the 5 out of 5 - will order again when it comes to inexpensive jewellery.
