Love this store! same bikini would cost me 2x more on amazon or forever21. quality is nice for the price and there’s enough options to choose from. Sizing is accurate, just make sure to check their size chart. Will buy here again <3

Who are those people who are waiting for their orders for several months? I got my order on time. And it was not to the first time!

Poor service over 2 months since order and still waiting. They do not provide any assistance on return or any size related issues even if items are not worn.

Followed up with tracking numbers the first one was inaccurate and the second was invalid, contacted customer service who then blocked my email address. Credit card company advised me to file a chargeback thats when I FINALLY heard from Avalon88. Threatened to file some sort of complaint against me but would not give me any info about my order. This site is not legit. Item is missing after 25 business days with NO HELP

Reaching Avalon88 was easy and their support was very responsive. Didn’t realize that it takes 20 days to get my clothing but when it came in I was happy. Their prices are more than fair and free shipping was nice 4 out 5 stars for Avalo88

Order a few things off Avalon88 and not only did I save money on their sale but had them delivered promptly. Also had a few questions about one products and their sales team was super helpful and professional.

I ordered a bra and underwear set about a month ago and was wondering why it didn't deliver, so I reached out to Avalon88 and they were very helpful in helping me find my package and it delivered within 12 hours of me reaching out.

Ordered something in August, it was lost, requested a re-send, it was the wrong size and color, requested another time, it was once again wrong colors. After being bounced around between reps that clearly didn't read the chain of emails, I was finally ignored. Would not recommend ever shopping here. There are plenty of sites with the same type of clothing but a way better experience.

Ordered a hoodie from them back in October. Hoodie was really nice quality and customer service was quite responsive. Really love their selection and prices are fair. Would buy again❤️

Ordered a few dresses and tops. Everything as pictured. Orders came in separate packages. Delivery time was around 16 days and I live in London. Never had to speak to their customer service but read good reviews on them. Overall great experience with Avalon88.

OMG these guys are so sweet! Got a personal note from Alexander apparently the owner. Customer support sent me a tracking code and my order was deliverd in 15 days from initial checkout. NOT as fast as Amazon but worth the wait. I got 4 sets of lingerie and 3 out of 4 fit well. If you tag them on Instagram they give you additional discounts.

SO AWFUL. ordered clothes over 2 months ago and since then only received one item out of my whole order... what company sends one thing at a time? I've contacted customer support asking for my money back and simply where my stuff is and they keep saying "Its coming, Its on its way". BULLSH*T and now whenever i try to track my order with my order number, the tracking status has expired and my order cannot be found. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!

I’ve waited 4 weeks for my order turns out it got sent back for some reason so I’m now probably going to wait another 4 weeks for my clothes. So I would suggest you order if you’re hoping to get your product month to months later.
