Beware
Beware. I loaded what I thought was going to be a similar Adobe Pdf suite. Once paid for, I attempted to download and was unable to get past the password prompt. It would not allow me to go further claiming password did not meet criteria, it did. A chat box popped up with offer to help me activate, my spidey sense said, "nope" as it required me to allow remote into my computer to set up. I promptly informed "Richard" that I would be immediately cancelling my payment. The customer service "bot" responded with a link to billing. I dont think I would trust this company.
Added after response: See? Even their response here is a bot.

I had emailed support my problem
I had emailed support my problem. I emailed because I knew that the hour was past the closing time. Within the hour, I had an email back with the complete instructions to follow. I immediately followed his instructions. Oh, boy. The problem was solved. I was so grateful. I replied back to the instruction email and said thank you. I received a very nice comment back.
The support system they have is awesome.

Fraudulent and looks to be a scam site
The company misrepresents themselves - it looks like you’re ordering an Adobe product. When I wanted to download the misrepresented software - again I believed it to be Adobe, I had issues, a chat box opened and the person on the other end of the chat box wanted me to allow access to my computer to which I had the good sense not to allow. (watch the movie ‘The Beekeeper’). I’ve emailed them numerous times and have tried calling too, with zero response - the phone number for both help desk and customer service is overseas and is closed during business hours in North America - I’ve reported them to my credit card fraud department and I’ve been told by my bank that this company is fraudulent and a scam site. Please avoid if you wish to avoid a ton of grief and aggravation and NEVER allow anyone access to your computer.

AVANQUEST took money from my Paypal account without my consent. I don’t know what this software is and I don’t want it.
