I ordered 2 audio cassettes from these guys 1 week ago. Got an automated email of the order but no intimation of shipping. I tried reaching out over email and phone number listed on the website and still got no reply. I lost all my money that was not a lot but other beware of getting ripped off by these scammers.

EP records and LP Records purchased from avdigital.in are excellent.

Ordered a philips record player GP224 needle for LPs as pictured on their site. Sent a fake needle, plastic not metal, bent and bigger so would not fit in the styllus.
Does not match the picture on the website. Big fraud.
Called and returned the needle registered post. He has still not sent me the refund check for ₹1077.
Total ripoff.
Stay away from AVDigital in Chennai Total ripoff. I should have looked at the other reviews before I ordered.

Don't buy anything music stuffs from this seller. Absolutely with wrong description and utter waste products selling in premium prices. Buyers be aware.

Horrible, horrible experience. Ordered an LP that was mentioned as mint condition 90-95%. What I received was a record that was barely playable. So badly scuffed and scratched that it's unlistenable. The cover is also different than what was posted on their website.

I emailed them about this along with the pictures. No response. Then I contacted on WhatsApp. Then they started asking me for all kinds of pictures and speaking to me as if it was my fault. I did send them all the pictures, time and time again. Now they've just disappeared.

Very,very dishonest business, bordering on fraud. Save yourself the trouble and money and stay away from AVDigital. They are scamsters.

Horrible seller! International buyers stay away from this seller. First time i bought from him during MCO i had to pay shipping fees twice just to get my cds. He didnt bother sending until i contacted him and then he asked me to pay again the shipping fees. I closed one eye that time since it was during MCO time.

Recently i purchased 7 cds from him, he only sent 4 cds. He didnt send the expensive priced cds and only send one expensive CD and balance 3 he sent the less than Rs 500 priced cds. Contacted him via Whatsapp he said will send me the remaining cds but its been almost 2 weeks and he didnt send. He only replied once saying he will send and dont worry. After that he didnt answer my whatsapp calls nor replied to my messages. All was left at blue thick. PLEASE do not buy from him no matter how good his selling list looks like. Just ignore this seller. Dont! Dont! DONT BUY! He is probably good to the Indian buyers but not to the International buyers.

I randomly ordered some stuff (LPs and CDs) off the site. I got prompt delivery with products as described. No complaints.

The shop has not replied to numerous emails and has not shipped the items that were purchased over a month. In other words " They stole my money " . STAY AWAY from this online Tamil Vinyl/CD/Cassettes store.
