Wisag Check-in Counter - Scam

Wisag - Airport Counter Berlin - Scam - Be Careful!!!

Today we had a flight to Doha ( with Quatar Airway at 16:30 the 16th September 2025). At the check-in, a staff member sent off our luggage without giving us any information. Only afterwards we were told that our bags were supposedly 4 kg overweight – and that we had to pay €140.

We were not informed in advance and had no chance to remove or redistribute anything from the luggage. In the end, we had no choice but to pay the €140, otherwise we would not have been able to board our flight.

This behavior was disrespectful, non-transparent, and felt like a scam. This is not the way passengers should be treated.

They let me wait 30 minutes in front of the door

I forgot my luggage in an Air plane. I went to the airport. I stood in front of a hidden door, and rang a bell. The bell did not work, everyone coming out from that door was very sorry, couldn't help us. Someone before us in the queue gave up waiting. After 30 minutes, someone finally opened. After another 15 minutes of waiting in the queue we were served. For that service we should pay 35 Euro. Furthermore, my credit card could not be accepted. Cash is not accepted. Luckily my friend had another card that worked.

Dear Wisag, please improve your processes. When you ring, someone should answer. Reclaiming one's luggage should not take an hour. And if you can't provide good service, maybe you should not ask for so much money.

WISAG doesn‘t provide visibility and they‘re not contactable.

WISAG Transport Services Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH

WISAG doesn‘t provide visibility and they‘re not contactable. In the automated email they send to you, two of the three phone numbers they provided (Lufthansa & KLM/Air France) don‘t exist.

I landed on Friday at 11:30h and my bags were delayed and came on the next flight from Amsterdam (arrived also on Friday, but two hours later, at 13:48h in Berlin). However, the bag again went missing and wasn‘t located until two days later (Sunday 17:14h) and now WISAG don‘t provide visibility or clarity either. Not sure if they understand that their customers actually need their luggage and are interested to know when they will get it back…

Please improve your service, WISAG. It‘s, by far, not good enough.
