After 9 months we finally received the compensation for the delayed flights we were legally entitled to from KLM with Aviation ADR intervention. Without them I would probably be still waiting and havi... See more

After months of stress, poor communication, lack of care, and feeling completely ignored by Lastminute.com and Ryanair, Aviation ADR were the only organisation that actually helped us get justice.
When you are emotionally and financially exhausted from dealing with companies that simply do not care about the customers paying their wages, having a service like this is invaluable. Aviation ADR listened, reviewed the evidence properly, communicated clearly, and ultimately helped us recover most of the money we were owed — something I genuinely believe would never have happened otherwise.
I am incredibly grateful this service exists to support ordinary people when airlines and travel companies fail them completely.

Although the process was long with what on the face off it was a clear case of the Airline trying to make the process as difficult in order for the claimant not bother pursuing the claim AviationADR were excellent in managing the whole process.

Money from wiz air
I had luggage damage with wiz air and they accepted the claim but as usual after that no response on email or even calls .
Then by involving aviation ADR i got my money back .the process was long but still worth it

Not the most user friendly website, it can bit a bit quirky to navigate but cannot fault the process, it is crystal clear and the deadline and next steps are well communicated

All the experience was perfect, very professional and helpful

The service was professional and all communication was clear and within agreed timeframes. It was independent of the airline and the outcome was well-balanced and unbiased. The airline also adhered to the final decision and acted as instructed.

They did a great job with my ADR. Something they could improve is adding like an 'average time to pay' for each airline maybe, as they should have the data for that.
But otherwise, the process was simple, and streamlined, even when my airline desperately tried to massage the numbers and facts, they still saw through it and awarded me the compensation.

After uploading all the evidence for a 6 hr delayed flight, they closed the case without even investigating! The reply when contacting them wasnt helpful.

I wish I had known about this service sooner as I spent weeks trying to pin the airline down with no success. The ADR dealt with it very effectively, and I would give 5 stars but they didn't let me know immediately that I had missed a vital bit of information, and I also waited several weeks to find that out. I was compensated by the airline and it was a relief to hand the issue over to an authority as the airline (Turkish Airlines) were being very difficult.

I appreciated the basic structure of the processing rules and guidelines required by both sides. The time requirements were clear and precise but still allowed for some flexibility. There were a couple of steps along the way where I would like to have known more detail on what Wizz Air's problem was when initially they stated my account information was not workable and could not transfer the funds. Also, I would have like to have known towards the end why Wizz Air was not responding and Aviation ADR had to keep “chasing” them. Were they not responding at all or did they respond in a negative way?
Regarding Aviation ADR's procedures I do have one major complaint which heavily influenced the final reimbursement decision from the adjudicator. I had submitted proof of our expenses or value of the baggage in my claim timely. I submitted the postal fare receipt reflecting mailing the bag to the repair/replacement shop. I also submitted the official value appraisal Wizz Air's contractor issued. However, I accidentally uploaded it to the wrong file location on the claim. If the adjudicator had been alert and/or flexible his or her final determination should have covered the bag's value in addition to the postage. On the surface it appears technology overrules human flexibility or ADR is too strict in its procedures. The reason I was able to get a full reimbursement is related to my recent contact with one of Wizz Air's corporate officers who passed on the issue to Customer Service. PLEASE BE MORE OBSERVANT OR FLEXIBLE ON THE CLAIM APPLICATION.

The plus side far outweighs the only downside - that is the long time it takes until a resolution was found. However I fully accept that the time is required in the name of fairness to all parties. In my case, my position was fully vindicated against the airline, which had originally tried to wriggle out of their responsibilities, first with misleading claims, then with a sum of money that covered not even a third of my outlays. Thanks to AviationADR, they had to pay up in the end. Without them, it would have been impossible to achieve this outcome. As I said, it was time consuming, but AviationADR always kept me fully informed, though their website is not the most user friendly one to come to grips with. But if one has a fair complaint, one should certainly use this service.

I am extremely grateful for the help from Aviaton ADR. The claim process was very straightforward and I was kept informed at every step. I had been pursuing the airline directly for months and getting nowhere. I thought I would never get the refund I was owed but ADR made it very simple!

Although I was very disappointed with the outcome of my complaint because the airline didn't compensate for all the expense incurred when 'bumped' from my flight, the communication with Aviation ADR was excellent. After waiting so long I thought I would get all my money back after ADR were involved. However, the site felt very supportive and it was clear and easy to use.

Really easy process to follow. You were kept informed at all stages and a good outcome. Thank you

Aviation ADR were very clear in their requirements as what documentation needed to be submitted. They chased the airline carrier who, although they missed their original deadline, did pay a couple of weeks late. I would definitely recommend other passengers using them.

My airline refused my compensation claim for a 4‑hour delay, insisting it was due to weather when it wasn’t. Aviation ADR stepped in, handled the case with evidence and professionalism, and resolved it promptly. I’m very thankful for their support. Don’t hesitate to challenge unfair decisions — you have rights

After having a valid claim rejected by EasyJet on spurious and untruthful grounds I turned to AvaitionADR who were able to resolve the matter quickly and easily and ensure the correct compensation payment was made by EasyJet all within a matter of weeks
