Item pictured not what was supplied.
Picture of knife on web-site was NOT the item actually despatched. I would not have purchased if it was. Customer service were good but were unable to supply the item I thought I was getting and was too much trouble to try and return and purchase elsewhere. They SAID they would put the correct picture on the web but haven't.

The image was accidentally updated to the new product, but has now been changed back. We will refund you in full for your purchase and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I have been using Avica at my school for our cleaning and janitorial supplies for about 7 years now. I can't praise them enough for their consistency of good service, knowledge of their products, and super reliable next day delivery is a win all the way.
