Obsessed is an understatement! A Vintage Fit is the only place I buy my custom jeans. They fit like they were made for me! The denim is super comfy, and the attention to detail is next level. Finally, jeans that hug in all the right places! A Vintage Fit, you've won my heart (and my closet).

I ordered a pair of jeans, asked for sizing which I provided- waist size. I was sent wrong sizing of the jeans I paid for. I kindly sent an email to get store credit or refund to get the jeans in the correct sizing and I was told I couldn’t as they have a strict no return policy. Emails went back and forth with me providing proof and they will still not refund. They will not take responsibility for their error. I would advise strongly to not order from this company as their customer service skills are awful and no accountability taken.

I pre-ordered a pair of jeans on Avintagefit
website in December 2023.
They were due to be delivered on the 21of February 2024. No communication from them on the order updates.
I emailed them requesting updates on my order and I got a reply saying that my order would be delivered before the 21st or on the 21st of February. No dispatch emails, no tracking links.
Still no jeans delivered.
Now, I'll have to request a refund. It's a scam company. I should've read the reviews before ordering from them.

I ordered a pair of minimal jeans and the fit was great! Always struggle to find jeans that fit me so super happy to have found this brand. The customer service team assisted me in picking the right waist measurement and hip size. Very happy with my jeans!

If I could give zero stars I would.
I ordered a pair of jeans in October (4 months ago) and was told it would be 8-10 weeks to dispatch, fine.
After 3 months I reached out to the team and was told that they were getting them ready and they would be dispatched in 1-2 weeks.
After 2 weeks I reached out again only to be told that they had “reviewed my order” (whatever that means) and were refunding my money.
I told them how unhappy I was with their shocking service and they tried to justify it by telling me they weren’t happy with my jeans so they cancelled the order! It’s actually laughable. Just get another pair???!!!
What an incompetent team. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS BRAND.
They care to cater for influencers and don’t care about their customers.
They clearly don’t source enough clothes to actually send out so they take your money and hope you eventually forget about it.
SCAMMERS.

I’m pretty sure all the positive reviews are employees or friends.
I ordered a pair in October and as of December no jeans. I emailed the company to get a condescending reply back from someone named Betty. I do have to say she did reply 3 of the 4 emails sent… I finally asked to cancel the order, no reply. I was forced to call my bank and stop payment for the order.

Ordered a pair of jeans which were in stock and 6 weeks later they had still not been dispatched although the timeframe was 2-4 weeks during busier periods. I then sent them an email which they ignored and I had to try several times for them to get back to me. They took ages to respond and assured me my jeans would be sent out by the end of the week. They were not sent out and I had to chase AGAIN. After going back and forth several times (which was a headache as they just don’t reply) I just had to ask to be refunded. They didn’t give me any reasons as to why there was such a long delay or how long I should have to wait. I shouldn’t have to chase for my jeans and be lied to. Just be upfront and honest - you don’t have the jeans which were apparently in stock! They have time to post on social media and send out items to influencers yet don’t have time to respond and fulfil their paying customers orders. Waste of time and the poorest customer service I’ve ever received. A fraudulent company which should be shut down and investigated.

I ordered a pair of jeans from them, they came completely broken and unfit for purpose. They said they wouldn’t refund even though legally they should, they would fix them but I said I wanted a refund. They then went on to say if I was so in persistent about a refund that they clearly didn’t fit me and I’d ordered the wrong size. So so rude entitled the girl who runs it thinks she is gods gift to earth I am disgusted by them. My husband then ordered from them for a gift for me the jeans took 3 months to arrive and they hadn’t even been altered, I had ordered a size 27.5 waist and they measured 34!!!!!!! A total joke. Still then they only offered an exchange. Can’t wait for this company to get shut down. Stupid millennial entitled children running it. Absolute morons.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I ordered an item after it came back into stock (with an added price increase of £35 from when it was advertised as out of stock).
The item took over 4 weeks to arrive. I contacted them multiple times asking for an update as it was showing as in stock but was fobbed off by them stating that it was a custom order even though no custom requests were made. I asked for a refund and for the order to be cancelled which they ignored.
When the item finally arrived it is completely different to what was advertised. I have contacted them multiple times about this but customer service is awful!!!

Anyone knows where you can find those boyfriend cargos that they sell? Found some on military first but they’re not quite the same . I’m scared to order from them after reading the reviews.

i have been waiting 3 months for two pair of cargos. Absolutely no response or refund yet. I had previously ordered a custom skirt and it took over a month, but the skirt looked so cute once i got it... i foolishly ordered again. I will never ever order here again. it's not worth the wait. By the time i receive them it will be out of season.

Paid $155 and ordered a pair of jeans in July. Oct 8th (the date they were supposed to be shipped on or *before and also my bday so I was excited for the new custom jeans) came around and I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed and they said they would be sent out in another 2-3 weeks.. it is now November 4th and I got a refund atleast but no explanation as to why they didn’t communicate and couldn’t send my jeans in over 3 months. So disappointing

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL TAKE MONTHS TO SHIP AND THE HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY RUN A BUSINESS BY SHOWING EDITED JEAN PHOTOS OF CELEBRITIES THAT GET THE JEANS ALTERED ANYWAY TO CONVINCE PEOPLE TO PAY FOR LEVIS AT 3X THE PRICES.

I WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO-STAR

Ordered a pair of cargos, and had to pay for express delivery as that was the only option available. The cargos still had not arrived a month later, emailed them to complain they never responded. 2 months later the cargos never arrived, end up just getting a refund to my account with no explanation. Terrible experience

don’t even bother buying anything from this brand, literally glorified scammers. ordered a pair of jeans almost 12 weeks ago. The website states it takes ‘UP TO’ (key word) 8 weeks for pre order items. Absolutely zero updates or communication about my order. Maybe they should spend less time posting pictures of kylie jenner to their instagram feed and more time actually processing, making and dispatching their products. terrible.

Lovely place to buy vintage real leather jackets

DONT ORDER! I ordered a skirt three months ago and it hadn't come yet, sent them multiple emails which they responded every time that my ordered would be dispatched in a week which was a lie!! They were very rude in their responses and didn't help, so I cancelled my ordered after waiting three months. So disappointed!

I ordered a pair of the classic blue jeans and measured myself properly. They look nothing like the fit that all the influencers are wearing on their Instagram page. First of all, the colour was completely off, it was nearly a navy blue and on the website and on their Instagram it looks like a light blue. They said they stated this in the description but surely it shouldn’t vary that much? The sizing was all off? I’m the same height as the model but my 32” jeans were cropped on me and hers were hanging below her heels? They had the baggiest crotch ever, it was honestly laughable and completely unwearable. The whole fit was appalling and they could easily exchange my sizing as I’m sure the size I ordered was a popular size. But it was no refunds allowed

Jeans arrived today - beautifully wrapped and BEST jeans EVER!!! Perfect fit and look amazing!! Bought a black denim skirt 2 weeks ago - had so many compliments that I’m going to order another in blue. Customer service was so helpful with sizing. Highly recommend!!

DO NOT even think about ordering from this website. I ordered a skirt, it looks nothing like the imagine on website. It was faulty they said I can send it back they said they could see the fault and will sort it. Im cutting a really long story short because not waisting my energy on this company. But I ordered in march and they refusing give me my money back and I still have no item! It’s honestly not worth the money you can find they’re stuff else where or make it yourself.
