Complete scam!
Avoid, all these reviews are paid reviews to scam people's money.

Paid 200 pounds for promise of appointment date. Submitted all required documents but no response. Chased them on the phone every day for couple of calls and they just put you on hold... put your life on hold!

No appointment, no reply, I asked to cancel their service, requested refund. No one replied, no one is responsible when I call them.
Not only lost all 200 pounds, energy, effort, time and stress they caused is is absolute disappointment.

Absolutely shocked with there service the way they deal with customers and they keep you update I got my wife’s visa done in one day and all together it took week to get documents back to me the fee was reasonable I didn’t Mind paying it thanks to bhagyashiri and other staff

Great service from start to finish, from applying to receiving my Visa was 4 days. They got me an appointment even when there was no appointments available. Most people only leave reviews when they have bad experiences. I'm leaving this review because I had an exceptional one.
I called up on 08-Nov asking for an urgent appointment for a Schengen visa. The caveat was that I was going on another trip on 05-Dec so the window was very short.
They were realistic and said it would be tight, but reassured me that it was possible.
They secured an appointment for me on 13-Nov (I couldn't make any earlier dates). Walked me through the documentation process and even sat with me to go through all my docs. I attended the VFS center and Madeleine was just brilliant. She checked me in, I waited in the waiting area for under an hour. All I did was smile for the camera and they took my prints. That was it - no questions/interview.
Applications can take up to 15 working days (sometimes more). Fast forward to 29-Nov and I call up panicking. I was reassured that it would come before my trip. Long story short, it was ready for collection on 02-Dec.
I'd just like to thank the whole team for your unparalleled level of customer service. I read reviews before using Aviva Visas and saw some negative ones. My experience was the opposite considering my application was more complex, my country of origin, and tight deadlines.
