I had a poor experience with AVNow. I order an expensive tv bracket which was available on the site with next day delivery. I got a call the next day to tell me it wasn't in stock but should be in stock within a week. Received an email the following week saying the item had been dispatched by UPS, but nothing arrived for 3 days. It wasn't until I contacted them again that they decided to inform me that they could no longer get the item into stock and in fact would refund my money!

Poor customer service, would not recommend or use again.

ordered 2 floating shelves, got different products. tried 2 contact company by email, phone,fax and letter. been since 17th april.still not got the product i want

I ordered the wrong bracket and was told by customer services to send it back for a refund. I placed a second order and that arrived the next day although I had made an error on the deliver address. The company emailed me straight away to obtain the correct address. Im still waiting for my refund for the first bracket but Im confident that will be refunded at the earliest oppertunity.

AVNow were brilliant. We needed a flat TV Bracket for our new LCD TV and they talked us through the options, no flannel just sound advice and it was delviered the next day with a Free HDMI lead thrown in as well
