Brocolli Sprout Juice
I have been using this one product because I have research its many benefits and so reaping its rewards with a healthy lifestyle (odd sweets here and there!!)
The company have been amazing in communicating whether delays would occur. Delays are out of their hands due to weather conditions etc - so I try to have 1-2 weeks surplus stock incase problems like this arise. We all know consistency, persistently, patience and time is key to healing.
The company, well Phil, doesn't sugar coat his words and does his best to deliver.
The product, Brocolli Sprout Juice, is tops!!

I have been a customer of avocado ninja for several years now and have used a lot of their products, which have always been very helpful for any issues I had, they source only the best and are a very ethical company. The customer service is amazing and after a little problem I had recently re non delivery of an order, it was rectified almost immediately, communication has been excellent with Phil, and he makes you feel like a valued customer and not a nuisance. I had an issue with the delivery company which resulted in a damaged water filter. You could argue not the fault of Avocadoninja but they faced into the issue and sent me an immediate replacement which was more than I expected. Great customer service for a change!!

Given expired product but refunded quickly
I bought two packs of PH strips to test whether I am having enough balance of alkaline foods. This company placed a sticker right over the expiry date. They expired in 2021.
**due to quick response to my complaint, I’ll give the benefit of the doubt to this company and see it as a mistake. (Amending review to three stars). I trust in future more care will be taken to avoid this. Thank you for refunding me.

Hi Zoe! This is Callum, co-founder of Avocado Ninja. I am incredibly sorry about this. I've refunded your order in full. I had no knowledge of this being the case, as the stickers should not have been stuck in that position. It seems that a case from an old batch got mixed into the stock, which caused this. The product has been set to out of stock on the site while we investigate and make sure this never happens again. Apologies again for this, and I hope you have a wonderful day! Callum
Recurring order problem...
Despite a problem eventually resolved by this company, I did make a recurring payment for a water filter to be delivered every three months as that is how long their filters last. Instead of every three months I got another, a month after my first order, in July. I emailed them to say I had requested this for every three months, but had ordered their broccoli shots for every month. So I got the filter a month later, but no sign of any further broccoli shots. I have today, found two further payments have been taken from my recurring payment for two further filters just a month after I received the last one. I had no response to my email to them on 11th July saying they'd screwed up my order etc. I have now had to cancel my recurring payment with PayPal and try and request a refund, in addition to emailing Avocado Ninja direct. Any company that cannot be contacted by phone seems to be a problem. This seems to be an issue with automated systems, the customer service is virtually non-existent.

One for the filter, one for 2xBroccoli Sprout Shots, and the third was for the filter and 2 x Broccoli Sprout shots. The filters therefore were going out twice. For the Broccoli, the payments did not go through, so the order didn't get sent out. I've checked through all our email systems, and we haven't received any emails from you. I'm sorry if your email didn't get through to us. We do deal with all issues and enquiries very quickly as soon as we have them. I have been buying products from this website for a few years now and have never had any problems other than delivery problems that wasn't Avacadoninja's fault it was the delivery companies but Phil from Avacadoninja sorted it out when i emailed and made sure I got my purchase in the end.
