I've got a filtered water jug from Avocado Ninja which I really like, I've had it for a while. The filter is easy to change and you can get a subscription service for replacement filters so you don't forget to change it. The customer service has always been great as well.

Recently had to order a new filter and noticed shortly after receiving it that my smart indicator in the lid had stopped working. Enquired with the customer service dept expecting to have to purchase something but they are sending me out a replacement for free. Amazing service! Its coming first class with no cost to me which I thought was fantastic service.

I have had dealings with this company from before their name change when they were called Energise for Life and I have never had a cause for complaint. Recently, my Ultrastream water filter spout broke which had the water jetting out at 90 degrees but the boss himself (Callum) came to the rescue and offered me one free of charge. I am grateful for the good customer relations over the years and the genuine need to give customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Great company to deal with always good service and great products. When I did have a problem with a lost parcel they were very helpful trying to track it down and a full refund was given when it was not located.

My order got mixed up with someone elses and instead of a water filer, I received some broccoli sprout juice. I got in touch with customer service and received a response within minutes about sending me the filter the next day and keeping the juice. Customer service was excellent and dealt with my issues promptly and efficiently. Thank you!

I have been using the Avocadoninja water filter jug now for about 3 years. I love the water taste & feel so much healthier. Customer service is also very helpful. When I needed a new “timer” on the jug, they sent a replacement one free of charge with a little video explaining how to change it. Very helpful.

Just received my latest order of Avocado Ninja Cartridges. I happened to need a new battery for the countdown timer and was really easily able to get the team to manually as a battery in with the order to save on extra packaging etc. Great service again from the support team!

I use a number of avocadoninja products and find them to be of excellent quality. They are packaged really well in boxes that can be easily re used. Customer service is great, they get back to you very quickly. I'm so glad I discovered this company especially at a time when it's so important to look after your health!

I have two of the water jugs that are great and as would be expected the filter indicator goes flat from time to time,and a replacement is needed as so for me.In response to my request for a replacement the support team were friendly and very efficient at resolving the issue for me as on other occasions so many thanks and keep up the good work 👍 😀
