Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Avocado Ninja! Been a customer for a while now and have always been pleased with the products we've bought. I bought their water jug which we use flat out...totally recommend it, its way better than other top brands we've tried! Their customer service is excellent too...very pleasant and helpful staff! I am a long and loyal customer and I can say that the customer service and products from avocadoninja are excellent. I have had problems with the ultrastream flow diverter twice over the years and I am very grateful that I have not only received the replacement promptly but also at no extra charge to myself. Useless company keep away possibly fraud.It takes weeks for them answer an e mail.Adress given in London is a complete hoax.It is Moorfields eyes Hospital.Impossible to contact them on the phone as No phone no is given.Save yourself time and money and look for a. More reliable company.

This is the best quality water filter I've used, removed the awful chlorine smell and now the water tastes so much better. It also removed the lead from the tap water and I no longer have abdominal pain. You're advised you to change the filter every 3 months but I may need to do this sooner due to the poor water quality in my area. Mark was really helpful when I contacted him beforehand, very friendly customer support. I would highly recommend the product to anyone!

Hello, I've been using the Avocado Ninja Water Jug for a few years now. I really like the quality. I believe the filter does work well, in part because the water tastes "cleaner" and I use it in a tabletop fountain that I used to have to clean weekly and now I only need to clean it about once per month (My cat drinks out of it.) The jug refills through the filter a lot faster than competitive brands. I also love the wooden handle and the fact that the unit is easy to disassemble and clean. The customer service is excellent and that's so important these days!

I emailed Avocado Ninja this morning to say that the counter had stopped working on my water jug. Within a couple of hours I had a reply to say that a new part was on it’s way! Fantastic customer service as always.

The timer for our water filter jug stopped working, so I emailed customer service to ask if a replacement was possible. I received a reply within a few hours and arrangements were made for a new timer to be sent out to me first class and including a free gift. Phil has been very friendly and helpful. I have been purchasing Mega Green powder for a few years now. It was something I thought I would try due to feeling constantly fatigued. Since taking it, my head has felt so much clearer and I have had more energy during the day. Along with the filtered water produced by our ninja jug, I feel so much healthier.
