I ordered a lovely jewellery box last year for a Christmas present, I never received the item. I emailed them to enquire where my item was, no reply. Never received the refund either. This site is a scam site. Do not buy anything from them.

I ordered two jewellery box 7 months ago, never received it. Tried to contact customer service few times, no one replied. This is a scam. I never received my order and never got refund. Don't purchase anything from them, you will never receive it

I have ordered and paid $ 35,95 USD for 2 Jewelry Storage Box before Christmas. Last day I have received only a small plastic box of the value of $ 0,3.
They answered that they were very sorry for this un delighted experience I had and that It was found that the warehouse partner has made some mistakes and failed to deliver my item.
I still have not received anything today and I do not know how to get my money

I Order a cute green jewerly box for $24.00 and end receiving a $0.99 tiny storage box.

Ordered 2 jewellery boxes 12/11 and received a confirmation email and tracking number. Shortly after received a dummy email that the site “crashed” but no one would answer my emails as to the status of my order and my tracking is stuck indefinitely. I contacted Chase for a refund.

SCAM
The site was taken down as well. I received 2 cheap tiny plastic boxes instead of my order. If anybody's in the same situation and knows where I could place a complaint, let me know.

I ordered the jewellery box too, also recieved the tiny little plastic storage box. Ridiculous.

A fraudulent company. Like many others I ordered the jewellery storage thingy. After the site went offline I contacted PayPal and they provided me with a tracking number. But do not fret! You will receive a lovely tiny plastic container that is completely useless -_-
I'm now trying to get a refund through PayPal

I ordered shelves in early December and never received the. They sent a tracking number, not a shipping number. A couple of weeks ago they sent an email saying their server crashed and the company had a new name. Sent an email, it was returned, no such address exists.

This website is a fraud.
I ordered shelves from them and they provided a tracking number which has been in the same status for over two weeks. It still has not arrived and I ordered at the beginning of December. When I email them they do not answer and their website has now disappeared. Do not use. Get your money back through chargeback or disputes with paypal.

Unfortunately, I’ve had the same bad experience. I’ve ordered some goods seeing the ad on FB, it was November. I got the order confirmation at once and that’s all. No answers to my emails, no shops founded after clicking the link. I’ve never ordered anything before and the first time is such a disaster...

I saw an ad on I think Instagram from this company of the jewellery storage box.... it looked really nice, so stupidly I ordered it, even though I couldn’t really afford it.
I did receive what looks like an official order confirmation, so I thought all was well.... a while passed I hadn’t received a despatch confirmation so waited a while longer before I contacted them in case it was delayed due to the pandemic.
When I looked them up it now shows that the website is not available any longer.
I’m so upset and angry as I was duped & scammed by this fraudulent company who have stolen mine and clearly countless other peoples money.
I now need to look into how to claim my money back if I even can.

Bought items from their website, which is no longer there. It's been since the 18th of December with no word. Must always use trust pilot on new websites.

0 stars ordered 2 amazing looking items received an email informing me of order details no other emails received and now the website doesn't load absolute sham and no looks to get a respond for a refund

I should have known the video for the product I purchased is the exact video of a VERY reputable, modern, tech furniture maker ie; led table with fridge and apps.
Made by an awesome company named Sobro. They are amazing and I hope the know about this.I didn’t really look until after and up close I could see the Sobro name on the table.
Ideally I wanted this fold up shelf and then saw this table. I’m going after them. I have emailed three times no response Losers!! China needs to crack down on these counterfeit thieves.
Wonder why people are weary of foreign shopping pffft! I’ll stick to made in Canada or US thanks.

SCAM. I saw an ad on Facebook and decided to buy the product, a Jewelry Storage Box worth around $20 + $5 for shipping. I received an email confirmation which said I would also receive a tracking number. After a few days without receiving any email I decided to contact them on their email. I never received any reply. Today I noticed their website is no longer online. I filed for a chargeback.

*UPDATE* TODAY 18th of January I WAS CHARGED BACK THE FULL AMOUNT BY REVOLUT. I USED MY REVOLUT CARD FOR THE PURCHASE SO CHECK WITH YOUR CARD PROVIDER I AM SURE YOU CAN FILE FOR A CHARGE BACK AND ALSO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THE SCAMMERS!

They are a fraud! They say they’ll send a email when they ship your order but they never do and they don’t answer any emails or Facebook messages
