absolutely dreadful

This is a factual account of my dealings with this company
In June I signed a service contract with them at £7 a month. At the time I told them my boiler was due for service in December
They said that was fine
I phoned for an appointment last week and was told I would have to pay the balance of the servicing cost
I was not happy about this but agreed
I was given an appointment 8-9 am on a Tuesday
By 9.19 am no one had arrived
I phoned them and was initially told they had no record ofme, then said they were coming 12-5
I said this didn’t suit so they changed it to Friday 12-5
At 7.50am Friday I got a text which wakened me telling me they were on their way; 5 minutes later they arrived
I said they were not due till the afternoon but got no response to that.
They went into the roof space to look at the boiler
3 minutes later one them came down and asked to run the hot water
About three minutes after that they came down and said they were finished
They were here at most 7-8 minutes
I questioned how quick it was
They said it was done and that was all the time it took
They then said I owed £49
I asked how much a service was and they said £90
I phoned the office to complain , dispute and pay
The guy said he couldn’t understand why I was angry despite me detailing my complaint
He then said the service was £84 and I owed £35 and I needed the certificate from him for my guarantee
I paid him and told him never again
I am considering informing trading standards

Excellent work

Very good work tidy and quick. Prices very competitive and explains any problems in depth. Would recommend to anyone.
