My experience was not a good one, it is very reflective of all the other bad rated reviews and I am sorry to say I didnt check on here first before purchasing. In my experience I would say use at your peril.

I order from all around the world and I have had less problems dealing with china, autrialia, america etc. than I have had with this company based in the uk.

Weddings are hopefully a one time event, so I put my faith in this company to deliver what I have ordered or at least communicate if there are issues. This company took our money, didnt deliver and when we tried to contact them didnt respond and if you phone you only get an automated response.

I finally got a response when my emails mentioned police, trading standards, refund. and when I put a scathing review on here.

I personally would be ashamed, if I ran a company in this way when dealing with peoples dreams of a special day.

I cant speak highly enough about this company. We used them for the first time buying a selection of wedding table decorations to see which we preferred. The ordering process was simple from their huge range of products. A few days after our order we had a very personal email update advising us of the position of our order (a part of our order was awaiting re-stocking). This was excellent service and so nice to have a personal email rather than a boring corporate one liner. When the order arrived it was correct and well packaged. We will be using this company for our main wedding order and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a service less ordinary for a wedding less ordinary.

We requested an express delivery on personalised sweets, they unfortunately didn't make it on time, but we were offered a refund and the sweets were sent to us free of charge. Excellent customer service, shame they never arrived on time, but will use again!

i was looking for something abit different from the norm and the small favour bags were perfect. also on some sites a looked out had a high minimum order to, way more than my small wedding of 20 guests. delivery was fast which was an added bonus to.

great site! enjoyed browsing throughout our wedding planning :) each time I bought from here found exactly what I was looking for straight away that I just couldn’t find anywhere else. Theres just an amazing choice, checkout is simple to use and so pleased with all the little favors and our bridesmaid , flower girls presents.

I would be happy to recommend this company, the selection and ease of buying online made this a happy shopping experience for our wedding. We bought personalised tea which we are over the moon with & I know our guests will love the cute idea! The delivery was prompt and arrived beautifully packaged. It did come with some diy to do (stickers to put on to the tea bags) but we enjoyed doing this on an afternoon of ‘wedding stuff’. 10 out of 10 & I will be using again before our wedding.

I ordered wedding favors from this company for my wedding. The company did not deliver my order despite already deducting the money from my account. I contacted this company on numerous occasions via email and by telephone. There is an automated response on the telephone stating that no one can take the call. After making contact via email, I received an automated response from this company stating "Thank you for your enquiry. One of our Customer Service Team will respond to you personally, within 2 business days.". Despite receiving these automated responses, no one actually contacted me. I continued to send emails and continued to call the telephone number. Each time with the same automated responses. I reported this company to actionfraud.police.uk and sent them a final email demanding that they refund my money. Finally I received an email where they agreed to refund my money and gave a list of occasions that they say they tried to email me, they believe their emails was going to my junk folder. There were no messages in my junk folder from them and this final email response from them got to my inbox just fine. I never received delivery of my order. I still have not received a refund but they say to allow 5 business days. I can comment on their customer service which is absolutely apalling.

I ordered personalised napkins and sweetie jar wedding favours from A Wedding Less Ordinary and I was so impressed with the products and service, I even emailed them to say thank you! The napkins and jars were fantastic, perfect in colour and quality and finished our wedding off brilliantly! The choice available on the website was vast and I could have bought so much more! Delivery was speedy and I will certainly be looking on the site again if I need anything like this for celebrations in the future!

The Bride and Groom Wedding Favour boxes arrived quickly, were well packaged and not damaged at all. Glad to see name place cards also in the box. These are really cute and will accommodate the almond favours without any further 'packing around them as they are just the right size. They are perfect to accommodate the favours and also act as a place setting, so are ideal as our wedding is in Italy and we don't want too much to carry with us by plane.
Would definately recommend!!

Our wedding theme is difficult to put into words, but birds are on the invitations. So while looking for ideas to hold our table names, I found these small silver birds. They are designed for place cards, but two will hold a bigger card fine (prob max A5).

After looking around, a wedding less ordinary was the only place we could buy them from individually. So we ordered 20 of them. We thought it would take a few weeks for them to be delivered, but a few days later I received a dispatched email and they arrived the next day!

Smooth transaction and no problems - would definitely recommend.

i have to say well done on a beautiful website... i'm thrilled with everything I ordered, but i'm definately most excited about the tartan kilted groom topper for our cake :) The tartan even matches the ribbon round the cake! really quick service. Thanks!

a lovely site, very easy to use. we were looking for favours that would look impressive and make everybody happy but we had to keep it on budget!!! I had a browse on here one lunchtime and found so many things we could have :-) needless to say i bought a 'few' things. evrything was delivered in about a week and we were both amazed by the quality for the price. it really looks like we've spent a lot more money than we did!! i'm so glad, i really wanted to give our guests something the could keep but didn't have much money left in the budget. thank you so much!!! xxx

I have to agree with reviewer Claire. I was very pleased with my experience and unfortunately I don’t think many make the effort to come onto review positive experiences with companies therefore it is not a true representation overall.

I put through an order for a trinket box for my MoH. I didn’t realise I wrote too much to be engraved on the box but within an hour of placing my order, I got an email from customer services explaining that my text was too long and suggestions on how to shorten the text but keep the message the same. I was grateful for the suggestions and impressed by the quick response. 3 days later, the trinket box arrived with me. Beautiful engraving and really good quality. I cannot fault their communcitions and recommend highly enough.

Will be using again!

I placed an order for ice cream scoop favours with this company and then looked at the reviews on various sites, including trust pilot. Some of the reviews were terrible and I felt a little stupid for ordering from this company without first checking out their reputation. When I tried to call them no-one answered the phone, which rang alarm bells. I contacted them by email and they responded immediately to put my mind at rest. It took three working days from ordering my faours to delivery. The favours were sent overnight and arrived in excellent condition. I have to say that the negative reviews about this company are, in my opinion, unfair. The only thing they could improve on is having someone to answer their telephones, otherwise they were fantastic. Do not be put off by the poor reviews.
