Received our order with one issue
Received our order with one issue, the ladies jackets were far too small, we ordered M (size 12) for two women typically a size 8/10 & 10/12 - when I addressed this it was dealt with brilliantly! they accepted the garments back with no issues and sent out a sample of there larger sizes for us to re-order! They accepted the sizing was on the small size and have added size guides to the site page now for future purchases (we ended up having to go 2 sizes up) I cant fault their customer service! everything else was perfect and the team love their new uniform! we are just waiting to receive our women's jackets :)

Easy ordering process, fantastic communication throughout the pre- and post-production process. Customised prints on my items were finished to a high standard. Perfection would be achieved if loose threads were trimmed before being repackaged and shipped. Despite that minor gripe I am very happy and will use Axent again. Order shows up as “Value Products” with DPD tracking, for the reference of other prospective customers.

I got a polo shirt with a logo on which was embroidered on an RXT pro polo shirt which fits and washes well. Looked them up and found them on Axent’s website so ordered a few plain ones.Delivered quickly and at a fair price.
