I chose Axioma because I was told that my repair quotation had been assessed by repair experts based on photographs I provided. Based on those photographs, I was quoted £260.

When I attended the repair appointment, I was informed by the repairer that additional work was required and that the repair would cost £385, an increase of £125 (48%) over the original quote.

My disappointment is not that the repairer identified additional work. Rather, it is that the original quotation was presented as having been professionally assessed, yet the final price differed significantly from the estimate provided.

By the time I was informed of the revised cost, I had already arranged my schedule, taken time away from work, and delivered the vehicle for repair. While I was given the option to decline the revised price, many customers may find that doing so at that stage is not a particularly practical option.

To be fair, the repair itself appeared to be completed to an acceptable standard at that time, but I will see what the Lease company will say when I return my car.

However, when I raised a complaint, I was advised that because I had agreed to the revised price before the repair commenced, no refund or goodwill gesture would be offered.

My personal experience has left me feeling that customers should place limited reliance on the initial quotation and should be prepared for the possibility that the final cost may be considerably higher following inspection.

This review reflects my own experience and opinion.

Update: I could see a reply, and again, it looks like what I am trying to say is not understood by Axioma, and all I received is a bit of an insult about me sharing my experience as moaning. Why was I not asked for more pictures or videos if the damage could not be assessed properly from the pictures I shared?

I looked at this a few times, and I am wondering how I am getting this from a service provider: "You then felt the need to write to us to moan that you had to pay what you agreed."

Great service, so helpful and really quick. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Someone keyed the whole side of my car and I used these guys for repair . Absolutely amazed and can't rate them highly enough for the work they did . I had a guy called Ryan and his whole approach to his work is 5 star ⭐

It was so easy and fast to get the quote and book the job. Price was very reasonable too taking into account that they come home and repair it. Mr. Ryan came to do the job and he was so good and quick with his job even in hot weather of 30 degree. He was polite and efficient. After the job my car looks like new. I m very pleased with company and Mr. Ryan work. I will definitely recommend this company.

I am SO pleased I chose Axioma for our car repair.
I admit, I booked the repair very half heartedly, because I thought there's no way they'll be able to do this.
But I needn't have worried.
The repair is AMAZING....and it really does like the damage was never there.
Ryan was our repairer....EXCELLENT and honest about how the repair might or might not go....again, I needn't have worried.

Excellent service from this company arranging my car body repair. The body repair guy Ryan did a great job was very polite and efficient.

It was quick and easy to arrange, I sent pictures of the damage and then was provided with a quote which in my opinion was reasonable. Once I confirmed I was happy to proceed my job was allocated and I booked a day convenient to me. Excellent service

At the moment I am waiting for the third party company (whom Axioma) gave my job to, to come and finish the job as the finish on it was not acceptable. Glue left on the wing and paint not polished in properly! I’ve contacted the third party company and am chasing them for a date to return!

Scruff surgeon was great, can’t fault it. The job was amazing. Thanks so much!
