Disorganized, careless, and a complete waste of time and money

I placed a large order with clear deadlines and was promised it would arrive on time. What I got instead was a nightmare — constant delays, empty excuses, and updates that changed every other day. Reaching out for help was useless. I was either ignored or dismissed if my concerns didn't matter at all. Because of their complete failure to deliver, I lost a valuable client and took a financial hit I shouldn't have had to deal with. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers — just the money. If you want reliability, look somewhere else.
