One of the most incompetent and unethical management ever. Search for "miserable Axpo" or "Axpo mobbing" and see it for yourself...
I strongly advise against any dealings with this company. Should they approach your establishment and extend a contract offer, it is highly advisable not to engage with them and refrain from disclosing any of your company's sensitive information.
So Im with Axpo in Spain (landed here because the electricity wasnt turned switched in names when we moved in, so a dude came out on a sunday and fixed it, and apperently he was from axpo)
All right, obviously they took advantage of this, and we were put on a high pricing pr kwh - which I of cause never checked, becuase this was before the electicity was sky high.
But then in november 2021, prices sky rocketed, so it caught my attention, and it appears that we pay almost 3 times the price, that our neighbours pay pr kwh.
So obviously Im concacted them, and was put in touch with a woman, who hooked us up with a new deal.
I was signed and confirmed by message and everything set - the firm was Endessa
So again, i didnt think more of it
Until one month later, i received a bill of almost €500 again from axpo, and I was like? I though I was done with you?
But nop Axpo, they cancelled the new deal, and continued my subscription with them.
So when I call them to cancel again, obviously now, they are capble of giving me a deal, with more then half the price of what I paid so far. - so turns out the just ripped me off in bad faith - thanks.
No thank you to a new deal.
Of cause now im battling to pay the last one, as I had cancelled it, but they wont accept that.
Takeaway:
Stay away from this crappy supplier of electricity.
I was contacted by phone and told I could save money if I changed my energy supplier To AXPO. I was quoted 0.80 euros. This was less than I was currently paying with Iberdrolla. However I now discover the cost is 0.10 euros and my previous 4.5Kw supply is only 3Kw.
I now realise the whole thing is a scam and I feel frustrated that I have caused myself unnecessary expense and stress.
Lesson learned, do not trust anyone!
