The booked skip didn’t turn up
Booked the skip on line chose a delivery slot between 08:00 -11:00 the skip didn’t turn up. Tried ringing but the phones aren’t being answered and the calls are being diverted to a different number for voicemail. So far I’m not impressed with the service.
I’ve just got a callback and a driver didn’t turn up today so they can’t deliver it till sometime this afternoon.
Why didn’t you let me know first thing so my crew haven’t had a wasted day. I’ve had to pay them for turning up and there’s nothing for them to do but sit around and drink tea whilst waiting for Aymer skips to get their act together.
I won’t be using your company again.
