This is what you want an Estate Agent to be: Gaynor and Sheldon know the property market inside out. They are professional, friendly, proactive, approachable, responsive and communicate well. Nothing seems any trouble to them. They are exemplary and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

A mother & son, team unprofessional and working in collusion with corrupt landlords. Telling whatever lies they deem fit, to get a tenancy. I moved into a property with leaking, crumbling walls and damp issues and after a gut full of false promises and evasive tactics by the wealthy, landowner landlords, was issued with a section 21, backed by Ayre agency. Because the tenant queried a fox hunt on the estate and objected to out of control dogs. The son was seen sniggering and laughing with a neighbour, while hand delivering this document, 2 weeks before the festive season! Charming people to deal with! I thought the Victorian era was a period in history but it still prevails, throughout the UK.

Shocking Property Management agent who are incapable of telling the truth. From the beginning of our tenancy they have made so many promises but do not deliver. Very disappointed to have had to deal with such an unprofessional organisation.
