I would give NO star at all if I could! I ordered something and money was deducted straight away. No confirmation until I asked few days later and got a reply telling me the cream I ordered no longer available and will send me alternative products. I replied that I'd prefer a refund, then they sent me an email next day saying they have already shipped out the order. 3 weeks now and still nothing received, I emailed and whatspp the contact number that stated on their website numerous times and of course, no respond at all. What a scam website in India!

I didn't reveive my package due to customs issues, but after it was sent back, I got a slight refund, and also got offered a year of free ayurvedic consultation as compensation.The customer support was excellenet throughout this process!

I've been using Ivy's Mukta Vati for many years, and it suddenly seems to be hard to order online. I thought that maybe there was some sort of customs issue. Anyway, ordered from AyurvedaForAll with no great expectations of receiving it. Anyway, after about 10 days it was delivered with no problems. So in the UK they seem to be reliable for this product, although it costs a bit more than I was used to paying.

I have been trying to contact them with regards to my order. They simply do not respond.
They accepted the order and since then I have no communication from them, neither they respond to my emails.
Moreover, I asked to cancel my order, they sent it anyway...

First they advertise a product that they don't have in stock and they don't update the website to let us know that the product sold out. The product in question is Traquinyl Forte.
Second on my request on a refund since they don't have what I need, they try to offer me something else. I checked the medication and it's not what I need to take, so I insisted on the refund. They came back at me implying that I don't know what I'm taking on my treatment, so I send them the pictures of my last bottle showing the name, brand, composition.
Ever since that email I've been ghosted and ignore by this company.
At this stage I just want my money back.

I ordered some products and my package got retained in customs. Customer service told me to call to retrieve my package and the number is not real.
Ayurveda for all should let the clients know about these inconveniences and not give the false state of shipping internationally

I have been using AYurVeda for 30 years and AyurVedaforall is the first company that finally figured out how to bring AyurVeda to the west in a practical way.

I took consultation from Dr. Nair for a kidney stone. As I was facing this problem for a long time and I took so many medicines from other doctors as well but my problem was not resolved by any of them.
After consulting him and the medicine he recommends me are absolutely fantastic he actually knows how to determine the root cause of the problem and give me the accurate medications also these medicines are ayurvedic with no side effect.
I find myself better and I think in meantime I definitely get over from this problem.
