Within 4 weeks we purchased from Azerty…

Within 4 weeks we purchased from Azerty for more than € 50,000.00 as a company. Now Azerty no longer delivers, changes the conditions and requires 100% payment in advance! There is a suspicion that Azerty is bankrupt!

The delivery is suuuuuuper slow

The delivery is suuuuuuper slow. The package delivery date has been postponed 4 times in a row!!! I don't care that postnl handles the delivery. I just see the constant pattern. All my 3 orders were not only delivered super late but also were sent to a postnl pick-up point instead of the address that I filled in (without mistakes)!! Other places deliver on the next working day. This is just terrible.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE(no accountability, dishonest and un-coordinated)

I have bought 2 NAS HDDs.
While still in warranty one of them went bad. Got in contact with them and followed the instructions on how to send back the faulty drive. The drive got "lost" while in transit.

Because we are speaking here about a NAS I always needed to think about how I can keep my data safe. So I bought from them a third HDD with the 3-day delivery. After more than a week the new HDD did not arrive and no news from their Customer Service either.

After I send them another email asking what is the status of the "lost HDD" I saw that a return was created via BOL. Nobody notified me of anything or replied to my email. So I followed the instructions and shipped the second HDD to them.

Meanwhile I had to cancel the order for the 3rd HDD from them and buy 3 HDDs from a competitor. I needed to transfer all my data to new disks before sending the second HDD. The competitor delivered the HDDs the very next day. So I had to take my time and follow a lengthy process of transferring my data and rebuilding volumes.

I followed the BOL return process and saw that it is stalled and that the 2nd drive needs to be picked up by them. I sent an email asking if there is a problem regarding this.

Then the SHOCK: they replied that the first HDD was received and found faulty. So they sent me another one which I did not pick up. And that the 2nd drive is good and they have sent it back to me.

I was never informed that they sent a replacement for the faulty drive and I did not create a BOL return request for the second drive either. Why did they do that?

Taking a look at all the emails and the tracking links it seems that they are dishonest or not correlated one with another.

Because of them now I had to buy 3 other HDDs and the original ones are not compatible with the new volumes created.

They made me waste time and money and created extra stress.

PS: I always kept screenshots and links to be able to prove everything that I wrote.

Edit 1: seems like there is no one answering their contact number or responding on Messenger or WhatsApp. Tried multiple times with no luck. They also said that they would reimburse for the first faulty HDD but it seems that "they forgot". I presume they have no process of verifying what their Customer Care department is doing. As I said: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND YOU HAVE NO WAY OF FILING A COMPLAINT!

We deeply regret that you have a negative perception of Azerty. However, we think that in this case it is mainly a misunderstanding.

We understand that when the drives are used for a NAS, you cannot go long without them. But we are not responsible when you are without an HDD for a short time. Of course we do to solve this problem for you, as we have offered several times.

The return created through BOL is beyond us in such a case. We are also not directly informed of this initially.

It was indeed a defect hard drive that was almost two years old. Our service department has replaced it under warranty. We then received a second disk in return. However, this one was not defective. Because the drive was not defect, we sent it back to you. The return that is created via BOL is in such a case beyond us. Initially we are not informed about this. This probably went wrong because we did not create the second return via BOL for you.

If the drive is almost two years old and no longer works, it can be replaced under warranty. For example, a credit is then not possible.

Great delivery and products.

I bought a 2TB SSD and it was delivered by postnl in Belgium the next day. Well packaged and signed delivery so it doesn't end up in the post box. I keep coming back to Azerty as bol/cool blue keep sending me badly packaged pre-opened electronics.

Package not received, over two weeks

I bought ram cards that I did not receive. I got an email that the package has been received and signed, the package is not there. I'm still under contract with them, but it's been two weeks, I haven't seen the ram cards or my money. The situation looks like a scam, but they have a large number of positive comments here, so maybe there is still hope.

Poor after-service

Ordered an Intel ARC GPU from Azerty. According to Intel, this card is compatible with my Zen 2 chip. However, after testing the card for myself and reading other posts on the internet, it turns out performance is extremely poor when paired with this chip. I returned the GPU immediately (undamaged), and bought a different (more expensive) card instead, except Azerty was only willing to refund me 75% of the ARC's original price, because of supposed 'restock' reasons.

Awful after-purchase service.

Awful after-purchase service.

I received a defective motherboard and Azerty doesn't want to accept this fact. They sent the motherboard to manufacturer and the entire process takes already more than a month which is not acceptable for me at all.

I've already had a long email correspondence and a lot of phone calls. They promised to give a refund and today another employee doesn't want to give a refund. What an awful and unprofessional service that fools their clients. Ref number: MM300040932

Bad delivery

I ordered a monitor with a delivery time of 2-3 days. On the 3rd day in the evening at the postnl app they said it would be delivered tomorrow between 1pm and 3pm (one day too late). Today I checked at 11am and postnl said they weren't able to deliver at my door, while I was home this whole week, and they delivered it at a postnl point near me, yet can't get there by car and it would be a 10min walk with a very large box. Still considering if I really want to pick up that monitor.

My experience is far away from good. Never buy anything expensive here

My impression is that good reviews of this shop must be fake or old or from companies who don’t care about time or money, or just people buying small thins like cables or similar. Everything I ordered had 2-3 working days expected and took around 2 weeks. I bought a very expensive Monitor that arrived in two weeks(with 5 days "lost" that I was given several different reasons for it each time I asked) it was opened, used and damaged. I paid for it on 30/12/2022 and 45 days later(on 13-02-2023) I got my money back after I was told they would not send me the monitor I paid for and only send me back the used/broken one or give me my money back and I had to tell them I was going to contact my legal insurance so they finally gave me my money back. Is a slow, painful process full of lies from Azerty support and lots of delays and waiting time. I would not recommend anybody using this nightmare seller. I am keeping a quite expensive ssd drive that is not ok for my computer only because I am afraid To wait another 45 days for my money or been given less money, as they decide what they do and you can only wait. This shop should be closed.
Edit on 15/04: As usual on my experience with Azerty, good answer written, but not true. The order number was attached here, and nothing has happened.I did lost my time and money. Stay away if you value your time and money

Avoid at all cost

Avoid this business! They run a scam operation, everything is overpriced and the next day delivery advertised on their website is a lie. I chose them because of the “next day delivery” . Ordered something at 15:00 the day before, today I am told it will be delivered not next day but later, due to some error. Cancelled the order and now I need to wait a long time for a refund….Their customer support is also unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and buy somehwere else. First time I tried ordering here, what a disapointment, never again!

I have not recieved the order for 37 days

I have not recieved the order, and have requested a cancellation on two occasions that have both been ignored.
The order was paid on 27th of September, it has been 37 days now that I am waiting for the delivery.

I requested having a different product shipped in place of the long overdue package, upon which point I was informed I would have to suffer the costs of restocking through no fault of my own.

I have exhausted all options of dealing with azerty in a civilized manner, and am now forced to take legal advice.

PSU returned to Azerty, lies, no accountability, bad customer service

First of all, I take care of my tech to an insane level of care. So when my 750w PSU died suddenly, I was surprised.

I needed to return the PSU to Azerty, which was under warranty. It had died in operation, under all normal circumstances. Once I determined it was definitely faulty, by replacing a working supply, I immediately called Azerty.

I spent 25 minutes discussing with the service rep, who was pretty nice. He checked the Coolermaster warranty info himself and specifically instructed me to send it to Azerty. So I did.

A week later I get an email that my PSU is recieved, is indeed found faulty but is "damaged" on the exterior, and told pics were attached. Pics were not attached, and I had to respond and tell them that I sent an undamaged PSU to them, and I have no pictures to even see the "damage".

Days later, a response from them (with pics this time) showing the PSU, the box it was in, and some of the packing material. Their response stated the box is "on the small side" even though it is 3x the size of the PSU itself, and the packing material is insufficient, even though they sent me a pic of their engineer removing the packing material. These are dishonest statements.

Furthermore, the pic of the PSU is of the label side, which is completely clean and undamaged apart from a warp of the metal on the label side that is clearly by pressure not impact, meaning it is probably by some weight on the PSU... or someone gripped it too hard. There is not a single scratch, or impact mark, just the warped metal, which is the damage.

To add insult to this, they tell me that they will not return it to Coolermaster because after 2 years I am supposed to do this myself, even though the customer service rep I spoke to explicitly told me after looking up the warranty info that I need to specifically send it to them, which I did.

After this they refused to take any accountability at all for this debacle, including telling me "well, its not written in the ticket that we told you to send it to us" and just being terrible customer service. I'm honestly disgusted, especially as the first time I've ever returned anything after years of buying from them, not even an ounce of understanding or accountability.

To top that off, the rep was rude and talked over me and interruped me constantly while trying to explain, then told me he would get someone to speak to me that might be able to help, then said that noone is going to speak to me, and thats it I'm on my own.

I'm disgusted by the customer service of this company, I bought nearly all my hardware for personal and business through them, but now I'm just in shock. They still have my PSU and told me to report it to PostNL "because we are not a shipping company", they literally said that.

They told me specifically to send this to them, then apparently bent the casing, and denied all responsibility, made up a bunch of weird excuses despite their own pics showing the truth, and then hung up on me at the end. I contacted them first and followed all their instructions to the letter, and this is what I got.

I'm just saying if you read this, make up your own mind.

All of this for an 80 euro PSU.

In my opinion: Shockingly bad customer service, no accounability, rude, standoffish, disengenuous, dishonest.

top-notch customer support experience

I ordered 2 monitors and received them the next day. Unfortunately, both of them had dead pixels, so I returned them. The return process was very smooth, but most importantly, I received instant responses to my emails, so I consider the customer support the top-notch. Additionally, I requested and received return costs too. Therefore, I am happy with how my order and return was handled.

Worst Customer Service

ordered hard drive. a couple months later it decides to not work correctly anymore. I send it back (ordered through BOL). they refuse to work with me on a solution other than not telling me what they will do. I wanted my money back, they say no, I want a different series of drive (Seagate Exos instead of the junk Barracuda line) and I would pay extra for the new drive seeing its more expensive, they say no. Very rude response, very poor customer service. I have spent 1000's here and I will not be doing this anymore. Avoid if you need to warranty something.

Ordered my mouse. They lost my payment. Had to send proof of my payment. Then they sent me my mouse and another invoice. Had to contact them again and they removed 2nd invoice. They're nice, but it took two weeks to get my mouse and a lot of hassle.

Great Customer support

Bought a monitor from Azerty as it was one of the cheaper providers with supposedly stock with the supplier. After ordering I received an email stating delivery date was unknown. I contacted customer support which went very smoothly and they assured me the monitor was on it's way and indeed a couple of days later I received it. No problems, very friendly customer support.
