Good product selection and fast shipping. I've ordered items at 5 minutes before 10pm on a Friday and had it the next day at home.

Amazing service, I started building my computer buying parts from different stores but at the end, I cancelled all others and bought everything from Azerty. They seem to have best price for each product, free delevery and hassle free customer service (incase anything goes wrong). You have earned my recommendation Azerty, keep it up.

Bought a near 4k pc, got delivered broken, won't boot. This happened 2 weeks ago, and they have yet to pick up the computer and fix it. Don't reply to my e-mails, promise to fix it, do nothing.

Worst experience I've ever had with a brand to be honest.

Be aware cunsumers ! We have purchased a computer from them , within 2 months its wans't working , we send back that computer to them as i talked with the custumer service they said within 10 working days you will get back your computer but till now its been around 2 months they have't sent it back , they are telling from last month that the part is not available , and i asked for money back also if you can't fix this but they are reusing to refund my money . Two weeks before they told me that they will send back to me within 2 weeks but still now the situation is same, they are asking for two more weeks . So guys be aware of this company , if you want to buy something expensive from them , be aware that you will not get any proper guarantee from them . Better to buy from local shops . Really disappointed from them .

Good service, all delivered the next day, in good conditions. Good choice of products even in this weird times. Prices for GPU are of course way too high, but that’s everywhere now, here the stock is at least available. Very happy with my PC and the the shop!

Ordered a GPU 15 december 2020. After 4 months im still waiting. Meanwhile the price of the GPU's went up and im sure they sold the GPU's they did recieve for inflated price to another consumer. They are hoping that i will cancel my order but i wont cancel.

Good overall experience

I ordered a laptop from the Azerty site and was very satisfied with the speed and efficiency with which the store handled my order. Being resident in Belgium, the site also allows delivery there, which is really nice. Unfortunately, I had a problem with my laptop which had a construction defect, so I sent emails to Azerty to help me and they sent me all the steps to follow to return the product and for the refund. Apart from this experience, the site is reliable and the customer service really efficient and attentive.

They said order before 11 pm and receive it the day tomorrow, took less than a day to get delivered at my place from Netherlands to Belgium, thanks Azerty great service!

Great webshop, placed many orders and never had any problem.

As the title implies, I bought both my previous system (7 years ago) and my new system here. Both assembled by them, with parts I picked.

Their service is good, replying quickly and always willing to think along.
Furthermore their assembly service is top-notch. You get all the boxes and leftover parts, packaging is very secure, cable-management is top-notch, they even go to the trouble to set your XMP-profile in the BIOS and added in a free RGB strip.

This is one of the best webshops, these days, that I came across with, by mere chance!
Why?
- I look online for the lowest price of a certain PowerLine-related product, of a certain maker and model. Guess what?
Azerty appears as the webshop showing such a product's lowest price while not charging any shipping costs!
- I place my order and ask the products to come within their original (from the factory) sealed packages. Guess what?
Azerty delivers them exactly as requested!
- I was about to ask for an update towards order's status. Guess what?
No need!!! By the time I was about to cast such a query e-mail to Azerty, I saw on my Inbox an e-mail, originated from Azerty's Customer Service, proactively advising me for the possibility of getting my order's goods a bit delayed.
- Last, but certainly not the least: guess what? Although Azerty's advice for a possible delay in receiving the goods, here at my home address...Guess what? I got them on the day that was initially appointed as the previewed day for receiving the goods.

Very professional and knowledgeable.
They also propose excellent price, very competitive. The only caveat would be their search engine on their website which is sub-optimal.

Unreliable online shop.

1. Placed orders will get cancelled by seller after 2 weeks.
2. They allow us to reserve the item by prepayment. Once stock is available at seller side, they will be selling same items for higher price but customers who have booked earlier will continue to wait.

On the 18-01-2021, I placed an order with them for a video card. I know it is a hard time to obtain one of those, but what bothers me is that I've sent 2 messages (one of them was 11 days ago) and no one answers. I asked for a refund, but who knows? I will consider that money lost. Scammers, go somewhere else.

My order was placed a month ago, so far I have not received my package!
