Azlo sucks! it is not a real bank. You'll earn no interest on your money. There are now several real banks that will allow you to create a business checking online and more importantly unlike Azlo, they will pay interest.

I was having some issues. I sent a message and by the next day I was contacted back and my issue was handled ASAP. I wish all my customer service experiences could go as well as this one did. I feel Azlo employees really care about you and your concerns.

Azlo's online business banking has been so simple and easy for me. I have tried FIVE other online business bank accounts (feel free to contact me to prove it) and NONE replicated Azlo's simplicity and ease of use especially when using the mobile app. For me, the mobile app is Azlo's strength. Much gratitude to the team.

The representatives at Azlo are very helpful and easy to work with. I have run into issue with my account due to changing my business name and TIN, and phone number and they were able to help me get the issue resolved very quickly, every time.

Easy to use, no fees. It's been awesome!

This is the best options for starter ups who just enter the business scene and does not have an account at first i was gonna use them temporarily but I have been thinking of using Azlo for the longterm of my business

Eris was such a help and definitely patient with me as I had 3 things I needed her support with. She nailed it with a smile. Friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. I am truly pleased with her customer service.

+1 on the review below - Complete waste of time. The application is lengthy, support cannot disclose anything. Stay away from this so-called "bank" plenty of other options out there that are legit.

Azlo has great customer service! Their response time is fast. They always walk me step by step on anything I need help with. I really appreciate their expertise on everything.

Stay away if you're a new business.

They rejected my account application immediately, even before getting the confirmation email.

When I contacted support, they said they can't disclose their specific criteria for account eligibility.

Total waste of time

Thieves and gives the runaround and 0 help. Was charged by a company with an unauthorized transaction. Contacted azlo, and was told the merchant was correct in charging me, even though I never initiated any charge! This was 100% theft and I would never trust azlo. Horrible company and horrible experience.

Absolutely horrid to work with. The simplest actions such as depositing a check took over 30 days and they still couldn’t get it right.

I opened a business bank account with AZLO to start my small business with under somewhat awkward circumstances. I am a transgender woman and Covid significantly delayed my legal name change. So I was forced to open my bank account under my old name. The customer support team was always helpful with anything I needed for banking, but they really shined when I finally was granted my court ordered name change. Within 24 hours of notifying them and sharing a copy of the court order, they changed my account to my new legal name. And they did that with so much warmth and enthusiasm that it felt very special to me and touched my heart. This is a team of wonderful kind-hearted people who I know my money is safe with. I joined several months ago and I was happy I joined. Shortly after joining, there has been a permanent message about signing up for Azlo Pro when you log in to your account. I don't think should be a prominent fixture when one logs into their checking account. There is no way to remove it and it is unnecessary advertising. I'm sorry I signed up. There is no "no thanks" displayed, only the "x" to close.

We’ve been working with Azlo for a couple years now and we have nothing but praise! Aside from being extremely convenient, Azlo is a well oiled machine. Speedy customer service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff on deck with extremely user friendly interfaces on all aspects.

This is the easiest to set up online banking account I have encountered. The user screens are clean amd intuitive. The ability to invoice my clients easily is superb. The first debit card got lost in the email. Within three days of contacting customer support, I had my new card. Excellent! I highly recommend for busy entrepreneurs who want a no fuss, no frills experience.

I tried to open an account and the online system DISCRIMINATES againts my nationality (even I am a green card holder living in USA) and does not allow to open the account. A total waste of time and an overall terrible experience.

Azlo, one of a kind when it comes to customer service. They are quick to respond to help or inquiries. And when it comes to charge backs or bogus charges, they do Not stop until they have recovered all of the funds you are out. With regular updates throughout the whole process.
