They do NOT support their products

They do NOT support their products.

Purchased a heavy vehicle scanner running Android version 14 in July 2024. Now gone to android 15 they now say they do not support or sell that product any more. No refund for it, no entertainment of any solution other than for them to try to sell another new product that they will no doubt not support in 12 months.
They are clearly not interested in the longevity of business, they are just happy to sell cheap products for a quick cash grab and leave any issues to the use.
Disgusting business. Do NOT use.

DPF regen tool

Very fast delivery.
I got it for a DPF regeneration. Although it didn’t work, I managed to trick the computer into thinking it had a new DPF and now the fault is gone. I can now drive my car and I know this issue isn’t their fault hence the reason I am giving them 5 stars

very poor experience.

very poor experience.
Purchased a auto OBD scanner from this company to cover 2005 hilux as mentioned before purchase. It did NOT connect to this car. payed $165 extra to return the chip for update and also include my wifes car.
2005 Hilux still does not connect.
