Please do not buy from this company

Please do not buy from this company. I had not used them before, and my first purchase was 3 items, trousers, a blouse and a dress. All 3 items were made too small, the fabric was really cheap and shiny, and very poorly paid. I started the returns process, and was offered a 25% value of the cost to keep the goods. I asked again for the returns address, and got no response, and after a 3rd try I was then offered more money to keep the goods. I've now raised a dispute with my credit card company, as I don't believe I will get my money back.

Fake return address

I requested a smaller size, but was told I needed to wait for them to send me a return address. I kept receiving offers, but no address, until I finally insisted. I returned it UPS, sent Azzlee the tracking number, waited for my size 6. A week later a package arrived. It was the one I sent. A UPS sticker stated the recipient had moved, leaving no change of address.

This company is not to be trusted they say easy returns but not possible and over priced and synthetic fabric

I bought some striped trousers that looked as if they were cotton in the photo and calf length loose leg but tapered but when they arrived I was shocked to find they were a shiny polyester and legs way to long for a possibly 6 ‘ woman The seller went under the name Milena but I saw also same company was azzlee the price was about £35 and I wanted to return them but the email given did not work and when I sent it to say I wanted to return the trousers I got. Response undelivered unknown email.

SCAM

I can’t believe I fell for this. Dresses are far too small.
Can’t return as no returns address. They expressedly state not to use the address on the label , they give you instructions on HOW to return, but NEVER to WHERE to return. These instructions are repeated all over any link, but one never knows where to return to. They offered me ‘compensation’ , but that’ll obviously never happen. The charge is to Azz.lee Paris . I suggest you go to your credit card issuer and report the scam. They will investigate.
Why do these people feel they always have to rip off people?
Since writing this review I’ve had 3 emails from them offering ‘compensation’ (god knows how or when I’d get this) and reiterating the fact returns have to be paid for, but still no return address.
I’ve now contacted my credit card co

Azzlee. Advertising good. A con. Product very poor.

The advertising is effective and very deceptive. I ordered an all cotton attractive dress. I was particularly careful to get the size right. I received a very poorly made item in the wrong size and made of 100% polyester of low quality. As others have said here, if you attempt to return the item they claim the return address is on the other side of the world, then offer you a 'compensation' perhaps 20%, which, if you can be bothered, you can haggle up to perhaps 70%. I couldn't be bothered with them which is exactly what they want. They keep your money and make a profit. Please do not have anything to do with these people. They are crooks. Basically con artists.

Scammers dishonest company

The fabric of the dress I ordered was of poor quality and it wasn’t the same colour as advertised on their site. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. It feels like day light robbery . They offered 30% 50% then 70% refund and I just wanted to return and get a refund. The dress was posted from NSW Australia but I was told I had to return it to USA which is costly, so I agreed to the refund and then the refund amount they were offering dropped by $10. At this stage I was getting a little po. I feel like they’re playing games with me and I’ll never see my money. If you try to comment on their site re your experience they filter it . I’ve lodged a complaint with ACCC I don’t know if that will get me anywhere but I don’t want other people to be ripped off like I’ve been. Maybe I should notify fb 🤞

The tracking no they sent, went nowhere. The goods arrived, they were not the correct size and terrible fabric. I contacted them to return and they told me they are in the US (not australia as stated on the website. They offered me a % of the money i paid rather than the address to return the goods. when i eventually agreed, they said it was not possible because I was in dispute with paypal. Which is a lie. Dont give your money to these theives.

If I could have 0 stars, I would. This company is total and complete online shopping FRAUD. Their product is NOT as described, and their website says they allow returns, but they do not. They try to bargain with you to keep their clothes, and will not provide an address for returns. Dealing with them is a total nightmare! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM AZZLEE!

Do not buy from this company.

Do not buy from this company.
I ordered several items which were of poor quality and did not look like the pictures shown. When I tried to arrange a return, the company initially ignored my emails. They then offered a 30% partial refund if I kept the goods. When I refused this, they offered a 65% partial refund which I was forced to accept because the cost of returning the 6 items was going to be nearly £30!
This partial refund was agreed nearly 2 months ago and no refund has been issued and the company are now ignoring my emails. I have reported the matter to my credit card company who i hope will take the case up with Azzlee.

AZZLEE - A WASTE OF MONEY _ a disreputable company that do not abide by their statements.

On the 19th June I ordered 2 tops. They arrived and on the 9th July I asked to return them as they were too badly fitting. By 14th July I had sent 3 emails requesting returning the tops as the website said not to return them until given approval
I received a reply on the 17th offering a 30pc refund if I kept them. I responded that I did not want them and needed the returns address. I have heard nothing since, today is the 26th July... The 30 days margin for returning them has now passed so I am left with 2 unwearable tops and have lost £43 cost and £8 p&p . This is not a reputable company . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
After this review and via Paypal they offered to return me 50pc . I have refused that offer.
There have now been 18 emails between Azzlee and myself
After the 70% offer Azzlee changed the refund to 80% and then agreed saying
“We can refund you £38 but you disputed the order so we can’t refund you on our side. In this case could you please close the case first?”
I asked why they offered me a refund if they can’t refund it. They replied
In this case you can just contact the staff who is responsible for Paypal to follow up your case if you are UNWILLING (their capitals) Wish you all the best
I responded “if you credit my Paypal account with £38 I could close the case”
I later responded that I didn’t feel the company could be relied on if I cancelled the case before receiving the money by Paypal. I do not want to give out my bank details. That’s why I use Paypal.

Azzlee said You have 2 choices now Close the case and we will refund the £38 pounds . If not , contact the staff who is responsible Paypal to follow up your case directly as we aren't responsible to handle your dispute order now. Have a nice day!

However Paypal page gives clear instructions for giving a refund. Why cannot this be done? Here's how to refund a payment: Go to your Activity etc....

It also says Make sure that you’re 100% satisfied with how the case was resolved before closing it. If the seller offered to refund your money, for example, make sure that the money is in your PayPal account before you close the case. Once a case is closed, it can’t be reopened or escalated to a claim.
So I'm following Paypals procedure
So why can't Azzlee give a refund?

On Sunday 13th August I received the £38 refund into my Paypal account via the Resolution Centre. I have lost money and have 2 unwanted tops for the charity shop but I've cut my losses. Thank you Paypal.

Terrible quality, AVOID!

Small sizes, trousers too short... Awful quality, the cotton/linen mix feels like polyester and the return is not worth doing. £7.99 shipping charges, but over £34 to send 1 item back to the US (not in the UK, as they pretend to be). Wish I had seen these reviews first!

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. The clothing was cheap and badly made, the fabric so thin it was transparent. The sizing was wrong - I would guess at least two sizes too small. There was no dispatch note or any paperwork at all in the package so no return address.

Can't return items

As everyone else reports, I've written several emails to return items that all ran small. No reply with return instructions. I'm going to file a claim with my credit card, but I dont see how that will help.

Update: After 11 days and several emails, someone from Azzlee did reply. First they offered 30% and then 50% off if I kept the items, which was pointless since nothing fit. Last they gave an address in NY to return to, with a bunch of item and return numbers to include. I sent it back yesterday, so hopefully I'll get a full refund soon.

WARNING!! DO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

WARNING!!! Placed a large order to take advantage of saving on shipping. Big mistake! Charged my credit card for items I did not receive. I also needed to return everything because sizes are off by at least 2 sizes some even more. Still haven't responded with an address to return. However, they did offer 30% refund. I spent close to $500 and they want to give me $150 for things I will never be able to wear. What a scam.
