Got this as a freebie, what a nightmare to set up before using. despite spending ages on the site still unable to change my pin, as it says you can in the letter that comes with the very detailed instructions.

I had to at least give them one star to write review.
This card does not work I will tell you now do not do it !!
I got a $50 “virtual card” and used $20 and now I can’t use the $30 and apparently after numerous calls to B4B they can’t fix problem as well.
Terrible customer service.
PS. It’s a virtual card with no number on the back !!

After 10 chats, 2 call to the support and several months of patience still cannot obtain my card. Nobody seems to be able to solve my problem. Still cannot Access to my money.!!!?? The worst experience i ever had.

Pretty crappy experience where I was unable to register card number supplied. Finally it seemed to work at random given credentials I was inputting hadn't changed. Never ended up using but went to log back in a month later and unable to log in again despite using same details and even resetting password to see if it made a difference but it hasn't and now can't access funds. Talked to other colleagues who received this at the same time as me and other also had this experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Do not waste your time.I have a twenty dollar Visa card but the problem is when you try to register it it keeps saying wrong password and I have reset it five times through there link and no matter what you do it keeps saying invalid password.If you don’t want to pay do not waste my time.I think apple needs to know what your doing.You can’t just send a damn card you just put people through bull

I think your company is a total disgrace and are rip off merchants. I don’t use my online account I just went by the expiry date on my card which says 12/23 I tried to use my card today and was told it had expired. I called customer service and was told it expired 09/12/23 I think it should have the full expiry date instead of the 12/23 and was told they will keep my money, disgraceful

I have had an active card for 8 MONTHS. I have been using it for online payments for that period of time. NOW i am asked to verify my ID in my account for m,aking an onliune payment but tere is no option to verify the transaction. THEN i get an email inviting me to open a card THAT I ALREADY HAVE and to privuide all the ID verifications AGAIN that I did for the card I ALREADY HAVE!!!!!! I speak to a customer service agent who is oblivious to resolving the problem as all he says is,,,,well I am just reading from the screen!!!!!! OPEN YOUR EYES AND USE YOUR BRAIN FOR ONCE....
