very good experience but the issue is they don’t show all brands they support in their apps which make me check the brands manually

I had amazing experience, hastle free and trusted.

We ordered some apparels from diners using the baadmay installments plan, the first installment was paid and the diners didn't sent the parcel, while their sale ends they asked us to get a voucher which was of no use for us as we ordered on the sale pricing, we then contacted the baadmay and they didn't entertain our requests, their customer service is pathetic, mostly they would say that their servers are down and tell you to call some other time and it goes on and on. We have put the dispute through our bank now and see what outcomes. I would suggest in country like Pakistan where consumer protection laws are evolving its not a good choice to go with baadmay you will regret.

Useless app. Tried to get help from customer service multiple times over email and through WhatsApp but they just don't respond. Save your money and your security info!

Worst Experience – Avoid at All Costs

Don’t waste your time or money. This app charges you around 30% extra in the name of instalments, and you might never even get your product.
I ordered a Molti sofa over 3 months ago—till today, nothing has been delivered. Meanwhile, the instalments keep getting deducted without fail.
Save yourself the frustration and pay in full elsewhere to actually receive what you ordered.

Badmay, team is very much supportive and dedicated, they resolve my issue in true manner I truly appreciate their efforts.
I want to purchase more from their app.
